The condo was beautiful, but I would put a soft mattress pad on the beds because the one in the guest room was very hard. Other than that, everything else was superb.?
Overall the condo was great, the rooms were clean, unit is on the end so you get zero traffic noise. Air conditioner was perfect.
The only problem we had was the washer and dryer. The washer would only work on the delicate cycle and the dryer took a long time to dry the towels. But we made that work.
Next door they were remodling their condo and I did notice that drywall dust was coming thru the master bedroom vent and was collecting on the nightstand and in front of the closet.
This is a great condo !
Phoenix VII is a very impressive property - access to the beach, ground floor restrooms, beautiful pool, friendly staff. Would stay there again, but not in the same condo - poorly outfitted, broken TV, etc.
The beach was great and the view of the beach from the balcony AND the view of the canal out front were perfect. Everything about the condo was all we hoped it would be. In fact, the only disappointment at all was with beach concessions and not the condo itself. We paid for a weekâs setup of chairs and umbrellas and were told the COA required a 50 foot setback from the water. Individuals brought their chairs, umbrellas and tents and set up in front of us all the way to the water, such that we were three rows removed from even seeing waves. That was a terrible investment if the Condo Association put that type of restrictions on rentals.
What a great place to stay for spring break. This is the first time we have stayed here, and it was fantastic!! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would recommend this to everyone!!
