3 Bedroom on the 6th Floor at Phoenix East

This three bedroom and two bathroom condo is an ideal place for your beach vacation. Your living area has cozy furniture for you to sit and relax. For entertainment, there is a flat screen television with separate DVD and VCR players, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the culinary tools you need for preparing meals, and there are two stools at the breakfast bar. Nearby are six chairs and a glass table, and the balcony offers a wood table and multiple chairs. Dine outdoors while you watch people on the beach and boats, maybe even dolphins, on the water. The master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, a flat screen television and a combined DVD/VCR player, plus a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and combined bathtub and shower. Guest bedroom one has a queen-size and a bathroom similar to the one in the master, while guest bedroom two offers a queen-size bed and a flat screen television on a small table.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Nice stay

Overall, our stay went well. Great location. Lots of parking. Very calm environmrnt. Staff was very helpful. Here are the few things that we noticed: The condo could've been swept better. There was dust under the furniture. The towel rack in the master bed was broken. There was visible mold in hall bathroom.

Good clean property

Everything was great except the elevators to the condos. We got stuck in the elevator and they were very slow and it took forever to get to and from anywhere due to the wait for them. They condo was good the view was perfect. It was very clean.

Wonderful condo

Pictures do not do this condo justice. It is beautifully decorated! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, including the ice maker! Our only negative was the lack of Wifi from the room. But with a condo like this and the view and ocean in front of you, who needs Wifi! Lol

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. The beach was not over crowded and We enjoyed being on the beach in the day time and catching ghost crabs at night. Great for families. This was the first time our kids had been to the beach and we will come back to Orange beach every year now and stay at the phoenix. AMAZING

Perfect location

Excellent experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the dryer takes FOREVER! Towels especially. Other than that we’ll be back for sure.
