Unfortunate issues
The unit is beautiful. Unfortunately, the refrigerator started making a very loud noise at 4 am on our 2nd night. I called the after hours number and then called the regular number at 9:30 am after no one had come. We had to go to the lobby and some sit on the balcony. It was literally ear splittingly loud. This was a working trip for several of us and we couldn’t make telephone calls in the unit. We did end up with a replacement refrigerator around 7 pm but spent over an hour moving our food from the old unit to the new with the maintenance man trying to get the unit in. In the meantime, the maintenance man had moved our beach wagon into the hall so he could get the refrigerator in and a security guard have us a violation notice. I know it’s not a big deal but truly affected our relaxing few days away.
