There are plenty of features in this one bedroom and one bathroom condo, conveniently located near popular attractions, with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Plush furniture and attractive bamboo shades in the living area let you relax after a long day of fun, and you can enjoy the flat screen television and a BluRayDVD player. If you have an urge to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has a flat top range and all the culinary tools you need. You can eat at the nearby table with four chairs or take advantage of another four chairs and a table on the balcony to dine in the fresh air. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a foam mattress topper, iPod charger and a 32-inch flat screen television with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a sink, vanity counter, and combined tub and shower with a hand-held wand.

*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Wonderful place to stay

The property was very clean, conveniently located, and had tons of kitchen stuff to make cooking there easy. The only complaint I had was the bed having large amounts of sand when we first arrived. It would have been nice to have one night without sand but it’s the beach and it happens so it was no big deal. Truly a wonderful experience

Great view; convenient location

The view was great, a definite 10. We were fortunate to be there during the super blue moon, and the reflection on the water made for great photos. It was easy to get to the pool and beach from the unit, and both elevators are roomy. The location of the building is in the middle of many restaurants and ~ a mile of Walmart and Starbucks. The beach chair service was friendly and had the umbrellas and chairs set up by 9:00. For your consideration: The mattress is “roll to the middle” soft. The tub/shower needs updating and drains slowly, and the steam fan is loud and needs cleaning. The ceiling fans need dusting too. The dryer dried slowly and needed three cycles for one load even when set where the faint writing tells you to turn the dial. A storm blew in, and we thought we heard an outdoor storm siren before we discovered it was the balcony door leaking and whistling. The fridge makes enough ice in a 24-hour period to fill two Yetis once a day. (There is a bagged ice cooler on the first floor. It’s six bucks a bag.) We couldn’t get the living room TV streaming service to work for the first three days of our stay bc we didn’t know the PIN number it asked for, and the help number given with the unit couldn’t offer a solution over the phone and wanted to schedule a visit to come out the next day to troubleshoot. Turns out the TV input needs to be on HDMI4 for Dish and HDMI3 for streaming. 😠

Summer Vacation

The property wasnt bad. The bathroom was a little tight and the tub was pretty worn!! The biggest issue my wife and I had was the bed was not very comfortable at all. The bed had a big dip right in the middle!!! That part was disappointing. As far as everything else the property was great. The view was amazing!!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed are stay and loved fhe close proximity to the ocean:beach. The decor was very cheery and beachy. The size was perfect for 2 people. Suggestions: dishwasher needs repaired. It would t latch so we couldn’t use it. The recliner in the Lu ing room was very wobbly so we did t use it. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in and watch TV. The patio furniture was not comfortable although useable.

Needs Update

it could be a great condo, but amenities to be updated. Especially the kitchen cookware. Floor had lots of sand like it had not been swept or mopped since last use. No dish detergent available, also bathroom toilet paper was the cheapest we have come across. Spend a little extra to update and it would be a great condo. Probably will not rent this place again. Facilities were okay such as pool and hot tubs. However 1 of 2 elevators was not working which made wait times very long to go up and down. Upon arrival parking pass was not in the room as was listed on check-in email. called after hours number and was told they had no receipt for me paying the $50. Told them i had a receipt but still had 2 walk over 2 buildings to get a pass. Also why am i paying for parking when i rented an owners condo. Should have be allowed to use an owners spot. Just felt like we were being nickled and some for parking! Probably will not rent here again. We come to the beach 5-6 times every summer.

Weekend Getaway

This property had a great location just across the street from several good restaurants. The unit itself is conveniently located close to the elevators. It was just right for a weekend getaway for my husband and myself. The amenities were nice and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn’t overcrowded during our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

Orange Beach Getaway

Location of Property is awesome & made some of the other issues not seem so important but just be prepared if you stay here you are on your own as far as anything you may need for the beach, there is NOTHING for you to use; no cooler, no beach chairs, no beach towels, no ball or beach toys for kids. A lot of light switches that you have no idea what they control. Old fixtures that you have to pull a string to light if it works. Outlet on balcony has something broken off in the third prong area so it was pretty much useless! Make sure to Shop for paper products right when you get there because when they say one use, they mean it, the roll of toilet paper on the roll & that’s it! One Garbage bag, one paper towel on the roll! Dryer does not work well, they carved a note on the dryer where to set it to but still didn’t dry good. Location is awesome & view is breathtaking so despite the little inconveniences, we had an awesome trip.

Cheerful Condo

Loved this condo. Bright colors and comfy living room furniture. The single size and full-size fold outs was nice. This condo could sleep 5—-more if children. Kitchen needs updating and have more dishes—11but did not use the kitchen much. The mattress was extremely soft—not my norm. Very easy access to pool and ocean. The porch view breath taking ocean front.

Nice quiet place, good location.

The condo was very nice and clean. The comfort of the bed was very good. Everything we needed was there. A little short on the wash cloths. We only had four total. Was surprised to see all the family photos. Never saw that in a condo ever. They were even in the bathroom. When guest stay I feel that these should be put away. Most guest I believe want to feel like it could be there’s. But over all it was a great time !!!!!
