Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Overall, the condo is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy. The showers had great water pressure. Check in and out is super easy. I love pre-registering for parking as well. A few critiques
There were a few linens/towels with stains on them and hair. The shower grout/caulking is mildewed and could use some attention. Same with the washing machine, some mildew in it. That being said, everything else was great. The building had two power surges and when it did, the water shut off completely for about 5-10 min. I called the emergency maintenance number to inquire whether that was normal but did not hear back. It didn’t happen again so I didn’t worry with it.

Beach front condo

The condo was beautiful and the rental agency was amazing when there was an issue. I would say the condo complex is not as kid friendly as it list. The staff at the condo complex seem bothered and rude when you needed something, they had two functioning elevators for a building of this size. It’s not acceptable. We waited over 45 minutes to take our luggage to the 10th floor, again this has nothing to do with the condo owner or the renting agency.

Wonderful Christmas vacation condo!

We loved spending Christmas week at Unit 61003 in Orange Beach. It was beautifully decorated in calming, natural colors. The kitchen was a dream with all the organization and magnificent cabinets which made it easy to access everything. The rainfall shower was spa-like and the bathroom baskets kept everything in easy reach. I may redo my vanity this way!! The balcony provided a gorgeous view of the gulf and had plenty of sitting room for our family. We utilized all 3 bedrooms plus the fold-out couch and everyone slept well. My only suggestions are to have a basic set of spices available and more kitchen linens. We ended up using a bathroom towel to let larger pots/pans airdry and ran the washer daily just for the 1 dishcloth and 1 drying towel.

The BEST night!!!!

We we only able to stay one night. It was a quick overnight getaway for my mother-in-law. It was just what she needed!!!! The condo was stunning!!!!! We will be keeping info so we can stay here again. The only negative was the dishwasher didn’t work. But we figured that since the replacement was in the box in the dining area. Not a big deal. We just had a few dishes to hand wash before we left.
