A luxury condo from the 5th floor of the Sea Chase. The living room is designed with a beautiful color scheme with an off-white couch shaping the living room area with 2 end tables and lamps. 2 wooden chairs with cushions wrapping the rest of the area completed with a large flat screen TV on a green/blue entertainment stand. The living room area is completed with an area rug and a coffee table in the center. The couch is a queen-sized sleeper for some extra guests.

The master bedroom has a wooden framed king-sized bed with two nightstands and lamps on each side. The wall is colored with an ocean blue to match with the chair and the beautiful view of the ocean. At the foot of the bed is a middle-sized TV on a chest of drawers. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Granite countertop with two sinks paired with mirrors mounted on the wall. The master bathroom is a full bathroom.

The kitchen is loaded with a white refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop oven and microwave. Granite countertop with a bar on the outside of the kitchen with 3 barstools. A wet bar nearby with a granite countertop and a large mirror mounted on the wall. Dining room area has an oak table with 6 wooden chairs.

The 2 additional bedrooms has queen-sized beds and a small flat screen TV on a chest of drawers, at the foot of the bed. On each side of the bed are 2 nightstands and lamps with a fan on the ceiling. The second bathroom is a full bath with a granite countertop with a wooden framed mirror mounted on the wall.

The condo has a full washer and dryer in a closet. On the balcony, there is a beautiful view of the gulf with a set of wooden table and chairs to relax and enjoy

Plan showers ahead

Unit has a great layout and the beach view was phenomenal. Excellent patio furniture and we enjoyed using the patio very much. The communication with the management company was poor. On Tuesday afternoon we came up from the beach to shower and get ready for dinner. Hot water lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Needless to say all showers were cold. The master bath shower faucet broke and we had to rig it. We called to place a work order Tuesday. They didn’t come to check on the water or the faucet till Thursday. We were told, “you have hot water, but the tank in this unit is very small. You can’t take showers at the same time. They probably should have told you this. I know this is probably not what you want to hear while on vacation. We keep telling them (I’m assuming the owner/management company) they need to update the size of the water heater.” We managed around it.The service guy was great but he came at 10:20 in the evening after I specifically asked them to not come after 10:00. This is on the management company, not the tech. He did his best, but the situation was beyond his scope. The shower faucet was never repaired. Apparently it’s a special order faucet. I know this faucet style can be purchased at any Home Depot. Overall, it’s a great location, but this unit needs some TLC. Pools were great. Unit AC was excellent. Outside of the hot water issue, all the doors stuck when you closed and opened them. Simple adjustments is all they need. Unit needs some love.

Condo needs improvements

There was broken tiles on the patio, patio door did not lock and we went with a 3 and 6 year old. Sand was everywhere including beds on arrival. Also, I was not a fan on the check in process. It was inconvenient to check in and out all the way across town - maybe a key pad would help

Enjoyable getaway!

Enjoyed getting to the beach for a few days after being quarantined for three months! The condo was very comfortable and the listing was accurate.
