Beach Front: Top Floor! King/King/2Fulls

This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor licensed in Alabama, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach. No Pets, No Parties.
Just renovated and updated! Get ready for some beach fun at this 3 bedroom/2 bath, 15th floor condo at Blue Water Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. It is located directly on the beach with a short board walk with showers leading to the sugar white sands! Conveniently, it is located right across from lots of shopping & dining, so no need to drive! The outdoor pool is on the South side of the towers right on the beach! Beach loungers with umbrellas are available for rent, plus water sports and parasailing is available.

The living room and master bedroom opens to a large balcony with a table with 4 tall chairs plus 2 chairs with a table and a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen has everything you will need, just bring the food and disposable products. There are full size appliances including an ICEMAKER!! The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, toaster oven, dishes, utensils and cookware.

The bedding arrangement is King/King/2 Fulls There is NO Sleeper Sofa. The private master bath and the guest bath have a tub/shower combo. In each bedroom, there are HDTVs, closets, storage furniture & blankets.

The beds are made with white linen and there is bagged linen set for the sofa. The bathrooms are stocked with an ample supply of bath towels and a one day supply of amenities. Please bring your own beach towels and personal items, including make-up removal wipes. You can pack light, because the condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer!

The minimum age to book this family vacation home is 25. No smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed. This and other posted policies are strictly enforced by the onsite security officer to ensure the value of the condo is maintained year round and for your safety. Parking passes are limited to two per condo and are $65 each.

Very well decorated condo. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Being on the top floor was a bonus to avoid noise at a busy time! Please tell your management team to have elevators inspected! Inspection was expired!!

It was an amazing condo in a really nice location. The views were incredible and the beds were great. The washer and dryer were wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. The pool was nice and the ocean access was unbeatable. Great elevator and my father who has some mobility issues had no problems at all. We will definitely come back. It's a beautiful condo. It's close to a lot of dining and shops, the only bummer was no sidewalks along the road in front of the resort and no crosswalks right in front meant we still drove but parking was great and easy so it wasn't a big deal!

WONDERFUL place to get away!

I LOVED this condo. The location was PERFECT. The layout was PERFECT. It was easy to access and enjoyable to the last minute.You can tell the owners put a LOT of love, time and thoughtfulness into decorations and amenities. Little touches like cute family pictures, to board games, to different sized coffee cups. I honestly enjoyed going to each room and looking at all the personalized little touches.The ONLY criticism I had is that someone needs to go in and check the electrical outlets. We found 2-3 where one or both plugs didn't work. This was an inconvenience when we had multiple people needing an operational outlet to charge electronics.

Did a three night stay with my family. Was very spacious with plenty of room. Very accommodating for a family of 4 or 5. Very close distance to restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice, but...

The unit was clean and had a great view and right on the water. Be aware that there is a 75 parking fee that isn't included in your fee. For a week, that wouldn't be bad, but it was the same fee when we stayed just two nights.The property manager didn't respond to two texts and an email. That was frustrating.

Girls trip to the beach

Great space, plenty of room for 5 of us. Loved the balcony! The beds were comfy and we liked having 2 bathrooms. Elevators were fast, check in was so easy. Parking was no problem minus the $75 fee instead of $65. Pool was refreshing after baking in the beach. A few people were smoking on the balconies and beach but nothing horrible.

Bluewater 1502 is beautiful, well stocked and a perfect place for a week long family vacation! We totally enjoyed the pool, the great grilling area and the on site staff were accommodating, hardworking and friendly. We will definitely be back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very large with comfortable seating. We would stay here again. Please note that there is an additional $65 parking fee that is cash only and must be paid at the time of check-in at the security booth.

Great spot for Hangout!

Great views. Can’t beat the location with Dollar General and Walmart across the street. I recommend having a big skillet. Other than that everything was great.
