Imagine waking up with morning coffee watching the sunrise on the beautiful blue water and the sunsets casting it's beautiful glow on the crystal white sands! Not only will the views leave you speechless, this gorgeous unit will provide you with ALL the comforts of home! Sleeping 9, you can bring your whole family to enjoy and relax!



The Space:

There is a new ice machine on the ground floor where you can purchase bags of ice! Perfect way to ice down drinks for the beach or take cold items back home!



As you exit the elevator take a right then a left and follow the walkway all the way until your approach an exit door which leads to unit D51! Open the door and you will see the unit door located on the left. Upon entering the unit, you will see the living space which includes a large sofa/queen sleeper couch and 4 chairs! Located directly to the left when walking in is the extra large fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials you will need for your stay! Enjoy the large farmhouse dining table that seats 6 and utilize the 6 barstools along the extra long kitchen bar-top!



Just past the dining room area to the right is the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom! Enjoy balcony access from the primary bedroom along with the breathtaking views from the windows! The bathroom features a dual vanity, garden tub, and large walk-in-shower!



To the left of the kitchen space is the additional 2 bedrooms! The king room is located on the right of the hallway and has incredible views of the gulf! On the left side of the hallway is where you'll find the twin/full bedroom that perfectly fits the children! Also located on this wing of the unit is the 2nd full bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combo!



Guest Access:

Guest will be able to access everything within the unit and the balcony overlooking the gulf! On the 1st floor ground level, guests will be able to enjoy all the amenities from the outdoor pool, fitness center, bbq pit grilling area, and direct access to the beach!



Beach chair rentals are also available from March-October only which is located directly on the beach in front the complex!



The Neighborhood:

Palm Beach Resort is in PRIME location! Located directly across the street is one of the best breakfast/lunch spots in town, Southern Grind! Grab a morning coffee, head back up the balcony and enjoy those gulf views.



Enjoy being only a couple miles away from local grocery stores like Publix, Rouses, and Walmart neighborhood...plus being conveniently near some of the best restaurants in town like Ruby Slipper Cafe, Perch, Docs Seafood, Wolf Bay, Big Fish, and more!



Looking for entertainment other than the beach? Check out the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, the Wharf, and OWA located only 10-15 minutes away!



Getting Around:

Paid parking is available on site at $50 for the entire stay. All units are guaranteed one paid spot, a second vehicle can be registered under "overflow parking" at a first come first serve base.



Other Things to Note:

Please eat at designated eating areas such as the dining room table, kitchen barstools, and balcony seating to avoid stains on furniture.
