Our 20th floor corner unit is unique in the fact that you have glorious views of the Gulf from every room! Large open floorplans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico for miles.

Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. Great week in Orange beach.

Loved the unit and amenities at the location. Fantastic views from this corner unit looking south over the beach and also west views of the sunset from the entire living space. There were 8 of us - 6 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old- plenty of room at the large dining table and comfy seating in the living room. The bedroom configuration allowed the little ones to nap away from the living area. We cooked 5 of 7 nights and had all of the things we needed to prepare meals - although the cookware is not in too good of shape. The elevators can be crowded at peak times - but there are plenty of carts for transporting stuff from the parking garage to the rooms. Loved the lazy river and pool slide. Coming in from the beach there are 4 different water places to wash off sand. Would recommend.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The only issue was the couch was stained, windows were dirty as if a child had smudged them everywhere and trash was located at the headboard of one bed. Great otherwise. .Otherwise it was absolutely greatl.

Beautiful Rental Property with a Stunning View

Everything was as promised in the VRBO website. The Phoenix Building is neat, clean, safe, easy to get to and right on the beach. The rental unit was on the 20th floor with a corner patio looking to the west and it was a spectacular view.The owner was in contact with me well in advance to give me guidance and my check in codes.My family was thrilled with this place and it made me a hero. I hope we can stay there again.

Not what we expected

Arrived to condo that had no paper products (no toilet paper, paper towels or tissues). Owner did send some over within an hour or so. Furniture is old and in need of replacement. Sofa is dirty, table on patio was broken and rug caused tripping. Bedspreads were stained. Owner did send cleaning lady over with freshly washed ones. She also brought clean blankets for us to cover the dirty sofas with. Bar icemaker did not work and was dirty. Silverfish were present in kitchen drawer and one bedroom dresser drawer.

Great views

Condo was beautiful. Parking is a nightmare and the staff is not as friendly as you want for being a vacation destination. I did not like having to wear an armband 24/7 for three days. Other than that there were no complaints about the actual condo. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for a party of 8 for us. I would def stay again

Great rental for families

The overall property was great there were a few areas of wear and tear on the building that needs to be fixed or updated but nothing major. The condo itself was great although the two beds that were listed as Queens are actually full size beds. The only other issues with condo was the king bed needs some that are supports underneath it, the main sliding door going out to the balcony is extremely hard to open even for grown men and the wet bar ice maker did not work and it had mold in it. But that did not hinder us from having a great time nor would it hinder us from staying there again.

Would Not Recommend Property

The unit was adequate . The ice maker never worked. We called repair man after contacting the owner . Never responded. There was glass on outside table missing . There was an old outside door and screen leaned up on wall on patio . Not quality for money paid. Patio furniture appeared dirty and did some of dining chairs. Area rugs were turned up causing people to trip . One light over counter in master bath was out.

Clean, large but barren

This condo was perfectly fine, clean and it's great to have ensuite bathrooms for everyone! The large balcony is good for families, however the furniture was broken, old & awful. It was - as was our stay in this bldg last year one story below - barren. Maybe renters trash the lamps & such, but for the $$, I guess I expect a bit more beside Rules of how perfectly clean the kitchen should be left etc. Perhaps I've just done this trip with my kids for too many years in a row! .
