Fall Break
This unit is managed directly by the resort, which I would not recommend. The unit seems not well cared for; sparsely furnished, stocked and needs updates. All cabinets have water damage at the base so I’m assuming it flooded at some point. Staff was quick to help when called for unit needs, although customer service skills and communication was lacking outside of the manager who was very nice. The resort itself seems not as well cared for however the view is beautiful of the boats. This was our first time trying Caribe, but we would probably opt for something more convenient to the beach. Driving across to Shell Beach was much easier than the long walk on the boardwalk from the shuttle. We had perfect weather in Fall which made the stay worth it!

Love Caribe!
This is our sixth or seventh time at Caribe and it never disappoints. We love the pool options and the lazy river and an option for the beach if you want it. C716 was clean and had what we needed. We love Orange Beach and Caribe!

Great place. Spacious comfortable and clean
Comfortable well furnished property. Very clean and we would’ve use the vacuum if there had been one!
Lots of dishes and silverware.
Check in process could’ve been streamlined because line of cars was backed up down the road.
