Welcome to Harbor Place in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama! This top-floor, direct Gulf Front property offers a fantastic Gulf-front experience. The complex provides excellent amenities, including an indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub, covered parking, a BBQ area, and more. The view from your balcony is breathtaking, and the two spacious bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay. The master suite features large windows that open to the soothing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and the living room includes a brand new sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. The entire living area offers beach views, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

This condo is equipped with everything you need for a delightful vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and in-unit laundry facilities. Come and discover why Orange Beach is the ideal destination for your family vacation, offering memorable experiences year after year.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Not quite what we expected

Loved the view and location but was sad that the inside of condo needed updates and deep cleaning. No way is the sleeper sofa close to being new! When we arrived the toilet seat in the main bathroom was not even attached. The whole place seemed dusty and the master bathroom had mold. The lock on the door was hard to get open. The master bedroom ceiling fan would only go one speed-hi and light didn’t work. However, the porch and ocean view was wonderful!

We opted to have a week on the beach, for Christmas...instead of unnecessary gifts. Loved it. The place was the perfect size for our family of 4. Plenty of fun to be had all around!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

The property was clean, and just as advertised. The view from the master bedroom and balcony were beautiful even in the foggy mornings. This unit was perfect for two adults, a 6 year old and 3 year old. We hope to be back again soon and will definitely be renting this unit.

Great Beach Vacay Place

Great two bedroom place for our family of four. Beach front access to a beach that was not crowded. Great beach view from the balcony. Seafood store across the street will sell you fresh steamed shrimp by the pound, and fish you can cook in the condo.

we had a blast! Our room was not super clean like it should have been!! couch bed still had old sheets on the bed that were dirty! The door handle on the slide door for the balcony was broke, the sliding door was very hard to open to were we almost couldnt open it at all to enjoy our balcony!! hallways smellled! couldve been better

Ok, but please consider


We have been coming to the coast for over 10 years. We always spend in this price range. I never leave reviews, but I needed to for this. First
Our trip was FINE. We were there for beach and softball, so we didn’t do much inside anyway. HOWEVER: if you consider yourself any kind of picky, please reconsider this property carefully before booking. First, if anything says “making repairs” it actually means you’re staying in an active construction site complete with large equipment and all the noises and employees that come with them. PROS: building was small so more beach space, equipped with whatever you might need for your stay, close to all the good shopping and restaurants. CONS: appliances are gross (rusty fridge, finicky dishwasher), lots of wear and tear to cabinetry, closets full of stuff someone thinks is useful but most of the “supplies” (beach toys, bedding, etc are broken or too sketchy looking to use. Beds aren’t anything special, but they worked. Balcony door is freakishly heavy like others have said. My biggest problem was that we had to check in and out at the office and keep up with keys. Every other condo on this floor has keypads because it’s 2021, and those are more convenient. Overall, I probably won’t stay in this particular unit again, but it wasn’t a bad trip. There are just WAY nicer places in this price range.

Would not recommend

While knowing there are still many properties under construction from the hurricane, it would have been nice to be informed of the current construction at this location. Photos need to be updated. The refrigerator is rusted from top to bottom. Pots & pans/silverware were scattered through all of the cabinets in the kitchen. Upon checking in, we were told that our door leaks if heavy rain arrives, so we were given extra towels, the next day, to dry up any puddles of water. Once receiving the extra towels, we were informed it was actually the roof that leaked. We had to wipe down walls, counters, and sweep upon entering the room for the first time. The hot tub didn’t work at the property, which isn’t the end of the world, but we were still expecting that amenity upon arrival. Overall, the view was nice and the beach did not disappoint, however, we will be sure to do more research next time.

Overall great vacation

The condo was clean and well kept. It was updated except for the refrigerator which had significant rust on the outside. Everything else was in great order. The pools and beach access were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this property.
