We have stayed at other condos but this one was by far our favorite! Perfect set up, perfect location and beautiful views! The bed is an extra firm bed which isnt my favorite but I understand why they have it because it will last a lot longer. We were worried about carrying all of our beach items down the long walkway to the beach. Some pictures make it look really long but honestly it wasnt bad at all.

Condo was clean and newly renovated. Fantastic views from the balcony as it's on the 10th floor. Furniture was comfortable and the unit had all the basic amenities needed to cook. We were provided with a starter amount of toilet paper, soap and paper towels, but if staying longer than a few days or if you have more than two people, you'll need to purchase more for your stay. The complex is well maintained and has security in the parking lot and walking around....we felt very safe! Only complaint is that the unit is directly off the elevator bank. You hear all the luggage carts/coolers/kiddos yelling and running by. It isn't all night long, but goes till 9 pm ish and then starts early in the morning. The front door also needs a new door sweep as you can see light coming in under the door. I think if that was replaced, it would cut down on hallway noise. Would stay in Phoenix 7 again!

Fantastic Views, lovely little apartment

This VRBO has a fantastic ocean view and is truly a lovely little apartment right on the beach with very nice pools. Also convenient to many good restaurants a grocery store and fun activities.Transportation is needed and parking is an additional cost.Owner is very quick to respond to texts and easy to work with, the apartment is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! Clean property, guard on duty in parking lot, room was right outside the elevators (never heard any noise from them), the condo was updated and beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view! Loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass each day. Property manager was easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as described. We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Everything was just like the pictures posted and can tell it's been recently renovated. It was in a great location that was close to everything without the heavy traffic. I definitely recommend and will look to book here again on our next trip.

Beautiful 10th floor condo. Balcony view is lovely. Elevator is right out front door. King bed mattress was a little hard for comfort but that's preference. Easy parking. Very nice clean complex. Indoor pool is amazing.

Parking - no problem, staff support- great, nice to have luggage handling equipment, interaction with owner was on-line, but no problem; everything was furnished except food. Wonderful view, clean, well-maintained, newly remodeled with care. I would definitely stay here again. Best part- no problems!

My family had a great time in Orange Beach. The Phoenix VII had so many amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym, racquetball, tennis, and basketball courts. The beach was beautiful! The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful View and Condo

We had a wonderful vacation and love this condo! This is our second time staying at this condo unit, and hope to stay again. The host did a fantastic job making sure everything was ready and our arrival and check-in were smooth. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is perfect for my wife and me. The view from the balcony is amazing, we love to sit out and enjoy the view, especially in the early mornings and at night. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. It is a very relaxing environment. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer for towels, which was convenient. One very important thing to us is comfortable sleeping, and we found this king-size bed super comfortable, and we slept so well. The pool is really large, with a separate kiddie pool next to it. Once you pass the pool, you are headed down a boardwalk toward the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, but we opted to take our own and locate them wherever we wanted to. We also like the location of this condo; it is within minutes of some of the best restaurants in the area, some of which you could walk to if you wanted to. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this condo and look forward to many trips back to Orange Beach!

Short and sweet trip!

Owner was great to work with! It was just my daughter and I and this was a perfect place to stay. Easy to get in and out, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and great right on the beach. We had an awesome time.
