After a day at the beach or an evening concert at The Wharf, unwind in the bright, open living room with comfortable seating for the whole group. Coastal colors and natural light give the space a relaxed vacation feel, while the Vizio TV with cable makes it easy to enjoy a movie or favorite show. The living room flows into the dining area and kitchen, keeping everyone connected.

Prepare breakfast before the beach or enjoy an easy meal together in the fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and children’s dinnerware. Both a drip coffee maker and Keurig with K-Cups and sugar is provided, and the nearby dining table seats four.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, comfortable seating, ceiling fan, closet, and Vizio Smart TV. Premium linens provide a comfortable place to recharge after exploring Orange Beach.

Guests may also enjoy the shared gazebo, but swimming in the pond is not permitted.

🚗 Parking

The unit includes two assigned parking spaces. Additional guest parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles, trailers, campers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not permitted.

The home is approximately 1 mile from The Wharf, making it an excellent choice for concerts, festivals, events, dining, shopping, and marina activities. Cotton Bayou Beach Access is approximately 4 miles away, about an eight-minute drive under normal traffic conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the full kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and covered patio.



Guests also have shared access to the community outdoor pool, pondside gazebo, and common areas. Swimming in the pond is not permitted.

Located in the peaceful Orange Beach Villas community, the condo is just 1 mile from The Wharf, home to concerts, festivals, restaurants, shopping, marina activities, and the Wharf Amphitheater. Cotton Bayou Beach Access is approximately 4 miles away, about an eight-minute drive under normal traffic conditions. The location also provides convenient access to Orange Beach dining, entertainment, grocery stores, and other Gulf Coast attractions.
