You must be 25 years old or 21 years old and married to reserve this property, copy of a marriage certificate and ID is required at check-in. For groups of young adults all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required.

Our Phoenix VII, 6th floor corner unit offers breath taking views of the white sand beach and beautiful waters of the Gulf! The large wrap-a-around beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. The master suite has a private balcony that offers views of the marina and Cotton Bayou's dancing lights at night.

We offer free WiFi in our condo and throughout the complex. Meeting rooms for your business needs or family reunions are available.

Spend your days on the beach or in the wonderful outdoor pool, indoor heated pool or hot tubs. The exercise facility, Pickleball, racquet ball, tennis and pickle ball courts will give you the workout you desire, then relax in the his and her saunas.

We are only a few minutes from all the fun and activities! Enjoy a day at the exciting OWA Amusement Park, only 12 miles away!!
Our condo is only 5 miles from either Gulf Shores or the Florida state line.
Whether you want to fish, golf, shop at the Outlet Malls, spend time at the amusement and water parks, or enjoy the many festivals and concerts throughout the year, we are the place to stay!

Rent a bike and explore all the trails at Gulf Shores State Park, less than 5 miles away!

Enjoy eating at the many great restaurants close by or shop at one of 3 nearby groceries and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. You can grill on the charcoal BBQ pits located around the pool and gazebos.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own bath with walk-in shower, and private balcony. One guest room has a king-size bed and the other guest bedroom has a Queen bed & a twin over double bunk beds.. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Our condo allows 10 people to sleep comfortably. Flat screen TV's and DVD players are provided in the family room, and all bedrooms. A Blu-ray player in the family room will enhance your movie viewing.

We loved the condo! It was extremely clean, love the all white bedding! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any condo I have ever stayed at, and it has an icemaker! Will definitely book again!

It wasn’t bad until we were leaving. The door handle broke, leaving us locked in the condo with no way out. We were trying to leave out early, so maintenance was not on duty yet. This delayed our departure about 45 minutes.The bathrooms are smaller than we thought they would be. Decor is dated. Kitchen was well stocked, much better than most we’ve rented. Location is great. Property amenities were great. Fitness Center could use some expansion and free weights. Parking lot was under construction, blocking the main entrance. This was a big inconvenience, and should have been done in the offseason, not peak Spring Break.

Wonderful location, fabulous views and spacious condo! footsteps from the beach and centrally located to everything! Owner was quick to respond if we had any questions. Complex was quiet and spotless!!!
