Good experience

We enjoyed our stay. Very cute room. My only complaint would be there was no blanket for pull out bed. I used the sheet snd a beach towel.

Overall a good experience.

This property is exactly as advertised in the post. Only issue we had was the strong odor of cat pee that was in the living room. Bring some air freshener. Every thing else was fine. Great location and view.

Beautiful View

This was our first trip to Orange Beach.The description of the condo was accurate and the view was beautiful . We cooked breakfast in the well stocked kitchen, and enjoyed our evening meal out. There are restaurants close to the condo, some within walking distance . The only complaint was that although the unit appeared clean, there was an odor that remained the entire stay. Having said that , overall I highly recommend this condo . We had a great time !

First time at Orange Beach at Phoenix I

Great location to the beach. Walked into the condo and it smelled like cat spray. Either someone had been there with a cat or the owner’s cat. The cleanliness could have been better. There were 2 dish cloths and no dish towel. The stairs, stairwells, and hallways needed sweeping. Do I recommend this particular unit, no, unless the cat smell is taking care of.

Not what we expected

When we arrived at the condo there was someone that had arrived a few minutes before us that was already in our condo, the front desk gave these people the wrong room and had no idea. There was a distinct smell of cat pee that was overwhelming. We tried opening the doors and air freshener with no relief. There were fingernail clippings on the balcony and dirty utensils and cook ware in the kitchen. In 15 years of renting condos and coming to the beach this was the worst stay. We left a day early to come home. We do not recommend this condo.
