Great Pass Views

Tim's condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The position of the condo lent to great views of the sunrise, boats going out and coming back into the pass, and bird watching. We saw pelicans flying and diving for fish and spotted osprey too. Bring your rod and reel because it looked like a great spot to catch.

Great condo in perfect location

We had a great time. The condo was well equipped, high end finishes and decor. Spent most of the time on the balcony soaking in the view and watching the boats go by. Owner was easy to work with.

We all absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was clean, had necessities in each bathroom and kitchen which was nice that we didn’t need to buy hand soap or dish soap. The owner was fast to answer any questions. I love the location of the condo. We will stay there again.

Labor Day Getaway!

Had a great time at Grand Pointe, this unit has everything you need, we walked next door to dinner one night to The Gulf and also enjoyed cooking one night at the condo, plenty of kitchen items. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and fantastic porch overlooking bridge, gulf and waterway. Sitting on the couch outside having coffee and watching all the boats come in and out was a highlight! Beach was great and not crowded. I used the little gym on site which was also nice. We can’t wait to return!

Nice and comfortable place

This was our first sisterscation and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and comfortable condo. Good parking with easy in and out access. Tim was very quick in answering my questions and gave us great recommendation for places to eat. I definitely recommend it.

Very Clean & Well Stocked

Everything was great. We enjoyed both the unit and location. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The complex was very clean and well maintained even though it was a holiday. Would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful condo !

Condo was spacious and clean and comfy. Never waited on an elevator and plenty of parking spaces. My husband and son caught their limit fishing on the jetties while us girls watched from the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Definitely would stay here again.

Quick getaway

We came down to Orange Beach for a quick recharge as the summer was coming to an end. This condo was great and met all our needs. Location was awsome and the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The beds slept well and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Would definitely book here again.
