In the Primary suite, you'll find a comfortable King bed, a Roku Smart TV for entertainment, and balcony access to enjoy the beautiful views. The suite's private bathroom is equipped with a modern, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with two new Twin over Twin bunk beds. Both guest rooms are fitted with Roku Smart TVs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

The living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a brand new sofa sleeper couch that expands the accommodation capacity to 10 people. The living room is home to a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Tiled floors throughout the condo add a touch of elegance and ease of maintenance.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture was so nice and such a great opportunity to spend time outside at a large table that not only allowed for eating, but also for playing games, etc. Of course the view was also great.

We found this condo to be extremely nice. Everything was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Liked having quilted comforter over the polyester kind (breathable!) and smelled clean! Loved that there was a recliner. Kitchen amazed us in that it was so well equipped; such as, mixer, mixing bowls, nice electric griddle, anything you could think of! Loved all the sliding doors and wraparound balcony (every room had access). Location is excellent. Only issue we had, which was solved immediately, was that the guard was not at the booth when we checked in at 4:00 and when I did find him he tried to charge us 50 for parking. One call to Liquid Life straighten that out immediately. The parking pass was on the kitchen counter in a little box of info. Hope to get this condo again & again!!

Loved this place!

Loved this cute little condo. No parking garage hassle, elevators were fast, massive balcony with plenty of sitting for entire group, beds slept great and no gate code for the pool/beach area to have to worry with. The electric hurricane shutters made it possible for us to sit on the balcony during rain without getting soaked. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again!

Location and beach view was amazing. Door locked me out of condo about 30-40 minutes before check-out. Me and my one year old was locked outside while we went to go grab a luggage buggy, and I left my phone in the condo, so there would've been no way to get ahold of anyone. It was a wonderful get-away. Perfect location, great condo with exceptional views, very clean, great amenities. Had an issue with one toilet; very responsive in getting it fixed.Would definitely recommend to others, and stay again!

Beautiful white sand & a cool pool!

Great location. Indoor pool ideal in chilly or inclement weather. Outdoor pool is extra cold it seems. Kiddie pool perfect for the toddler crowd. Easy access to a wide, soft sandy beach. Chair vendors nearby. Perfect.

Pelican Point Paradise

The property was beautiful & as described. We especially love the large balcony. The sofas aren't very comfortable, but most of our time was outside so it wasn't an issue. I'm glad I took toilet paper. 1 roll per bathroom for 6 people doesn't go very far. A better variety of skillets in the kitchen would also be nice. Check out was at 10am & when my husband loaded the car & came back up to the unit at 9:30 to get the last of our things, he was locked out. If I wasn't still in the unit it would've been an issue. All in all, it was great! Would definitely stay there again.

The views were beautiful, the porch was nice. Property around condo was well maintained. Pool area and beach was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo living room furniture was old and needs replacing very badly. The sofa bed was broken and unusable. Wish they offered early check-in.

Unit was very nice. Beds were comfy. Views were tremendous and the balcony was large. Probably time for new living room furniture or it could use a good cleaning but that is really all that could use some attention. Would definitely stay again.

Great for family!!

My husband and I stayed with our two kids (ages 3 and 9) and best friend with daughter (age 11) and had a wonderful stay! The kids fit in the twin bed room with our little guy camped out on the floor and the adults got their own rooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all essential pots/pans/baking dishes/etc and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t return from vacation with mounds of laundry. We packed all of the essentials for cooking as we read there wasn’t anything left behind by other guests. We also brought extra kitchen towels which I recommend as there were only 2 provided. The freezer has an ice maker which we loved - we had plenty for our cooler every morning and it was plenty full for evening drinks. The patio was amazing and wrapped around to all bedrooms. The storm shutters made it a safe place for the younger kiddo to play if we were not outside and helped the patio stay cool when the sun was setting. Bonus - it made the master pitch black for sleeping in (as much as you can sleep in with kids). Could the couch be more comfortable? Yes. Could there have been a few more throw blankets to make it cozier to snuggle up on? Sure. But honestly, we didn’t spend much time in front of the television. The beach is gorgeous, the indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit, and we were all so tired by the end of the day that lounging in the couch wasn’t much of a thing. We would definitely book here again!

Great for a group

Stayed here with two sisters and the property was perfect for us. Three bedrooms and each had access to the balcony. I most enjoy balcony access and could open the door to the balcony each morning from my bedroom. Many doors to open or enjoy the outside light from the spacious dining area and living room. Large balcony is also a plus. Would suggest some very basic supply for the kitchen such as salt and pepper and a few coffee filters for the first day. Left you a pack to get you started. Thanks for access to a great place!

Perfect location but property needs upgrades

We enjoyed the location of the property. We like that it was a corner unit. The beach was awesome. There weren’t a bunch of rentals in front of the property on the beach which was nice. We’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t have a ton of rentals on the beach. The cons of the unit were that the beds were so uncomfortable we all had trouble sleeping. I actually had to go to Walmart after the first night to get a 3 in mattress topper because we could not sleep on the worst bed I’ve ever had to sleep on. I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts, condos, hotels, etc and that was the absolute worst bed I’ve ever slept on not exaggerating. The pillows were awful too. I had to go buy another pillow. I suffer from epilepsy and cannot be sleep deprived because I will have seizures. It was super inconvenient to have to go buy a mattress topper just to be able to sleep in the bed. We spent a lot of money renting this place for us and our family for a vacation. On vacation you want to be able to relax and not have to worry about stuff like that. It was also a lot smaller in person than what it showed in the photos. The bathrooms were small. The bedrooms seemed accurate but everything else seemed way smaller than the photos. The rug next to the shower in the master bath was pretty nasty. Needed to be replaced. Very over used with moisture which can cause fungus. The place seemed clean though. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable. Overall furniture needs to be replaced.

Great Beach Access

Our view included Beautiful white sand beaches and a big pool. The condo was a little cramped with too much furniture but manageable. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly. Don’t pay $55 for an extra parking pass - you can get one for $30 at the security gate.

Orange Beach Vacation

Our stay was a good one with a couple of exceptions. The first night we arrived, the TV in the master bedroom did not work and the dryer did not work. We contacted the company and they came out The next day and was able to fix the TV, but they were not able to fix the dryer. We were not able to dry clothes during our stay. The company did send out a person to pick up our clothes to dry them, but we paid for a washer and dryer for a reason, and we Bethany we should receive a discount for not having a dryer.

Great Getaway Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 7 people in all and had plenty of room. The location was great, close to several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was very easy to just walk straight to the beach from the condo. I loved the fact that the security guards were very attentive and walked the grounds a lot. My ONLY real complaint was the fact that I couldn’t really enjoy the wonderful patio. The property door was doing balcony work and Jack hammering and making lots of noise the entire time we were there. It was by no means our property’s fault but I learned to ask about any work being done. I would definitely come back!

Girls Trip

My mom, sister, and I enjoyed our condo at Pelican Pointe. It was as advertised. Very easy check in and the property was clean. We liked the fact there’s a security guard on the premises and a security gate. We felt very safe. We had a beautiful corner condo with a fabulous view! The only complaint we had was the construction next door. It was quite annoying and loud. Hopefully that will be completed soon for travelers this summer. Other than the noise from construction, our stay was great. We would definitely book this unit again.

Beautiful view

Condo is beautiful and very accurate to the pictures listed. I was very impressed with how well stocked the condo was including having a standing fan since I had forgotten mine. The beach is easy access. The beds were comfortable. The only negative I would say, is that the television in the master bedroom, and the television in the queen bedroom we could not get working. we called and a maintenance guy came out and said he thought the TVs were broken and needed to be replaced. He said he was going to be in contact with the owners and bring new TVs. but then we never heard back from him. Overall though we loved the condo.
