Welcome to your stunning beachfront retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 10 guests. Located on the 3rd floor, you'll enjoy captivating views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and your beach-facing balcony.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed provides a regal and comfortable space for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom boasts two queen-sized beds, offering flexibility for your guests. For added convenience, a sofa queen in the living room provides extra sleeping space.

Both bathrooms are equipped with convenient tub-shower combinations, ensuring a hassle-free bathing experience.

The condo is thoughtfully designed with a TV in the master bedroom and the living room, offering spaces to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows. Stay connected with wireless internet, making it easy to share your vacation experiences with friends and family.

The unit is located directly over the pool, providing a great view and ambiance, and it's conveniently close to the elevator.

Best vacation!

We loved every minute of our stay at Phoenix East 2! The condo was the most well equipped we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was very organized and had every item needed to prepare meals. The location of the condo is perfect being close enough to restaurants and the grocery store without being in the middle of congestion. The view from the condo was beautiful and we spent much of our time on the balcony. The pool was family friendly and my daughter made a friend. It was the best vacation!

Pros: Great location right on the beach. Good view of the ocean. Easy access to beach and pool. Fairly easy to get in/out.Cons: Had poor experience with the state of the condo. When we arrived, the condo smelled like smoke (this did dissipate later), the washing machine didn't work (resolved the day before we left after repeatedly having to bug the host/maintenance dept), the dryer didn't work (resolved the day before we left), stains on the couch, damage to wicker stools (falling apart), holes/gashes in various walls, TV in one guest room had actual burns/gashes across the whole screen, light bulbs burned out (they finally replaced day before we left, but turned the fixture upside down and left with gross dirt/hair/cobwebs showing quite obviously), toilet paper holder falling out of wall, master shower handle had mold all over it, stains on kitchen counter where clearly nothing had been cleaned, only baking sheet had holes in it, no mixer (had to buy one), broken glass on balcony, painters tape on walls where appeared they had halfway finished a partial renovation, shower curtain rod mismounted and holes left in wall from prior rod, etc.They did give me a discount to try to offset the situation, but it was still very frustrating. Found out through maintenance person that several of these issues were known before we got there and they didn't resolve before we got there, which is disingenuous. Shouldn't have had to repeatedly pester them to resolve the issues.
