This property is in a great location. Direct access to beach, food, shopping, and entertainment. Condo was clean but the floors were full of sand or dirt. Other then that I would stay there again.

My week of R&R was excellent at Phoenix VII. It was the most clean beach rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The beachfront view and location were great. Parking was easy, and my parking fee was $59 for the week. The kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not care for were the TV’s; they are outdated and would not connect to the Wi-Fi, so no streaming options. The TV was connected to Direct TV cable.
