The Primary bedroom offers a King bed, while the two guest rooms each feature a Queen, plus a convenient Twin roll-away for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Designed for comfort and ease, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for casual meals or full family dinners. A washer and dryer make beach life simple, and wireless internet access ensures you can stay connected—or share your seaside memories as they happen.

Parking:
Limit of 2 passes per stay. Parking passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $50 each.

Always disappointed

While our stay was fun, the disappointment of paying to stay somewhere and the condo only being in decent shape is becoming more common. The living room furniture could definitely be updated. The slip cover on the couch and the material on the chair were both dingy and worn. There is carpet in all the bedrooms that is no where near clean. The beds sheets, towels and tile floors appeared to be clean but as we were packing up to leave we found 3 empty plastic bottles and a fork under one of the beds. This tells me they didn’t thoroughly clean this room if they cleaned it at all. A cleaning fee is included in the charge for the room. I called to report this as we were leaving and was not even offered a refund of any kind for the cleaning service that obviously wasn’t done properly. It’s just disheartening that I pay to stay somewhere with my hard earned money and these places/people could care less. I don’t have to stay somewhere big and elaborate as long as it’s nice, neat and clean. Just take pride in what you own and keep it as if you were staying there with your family. I won’t be staying here again.

It was nice and looks like the pictures shows. The floors are very dirty though as my feet were black if I walked around barefoot. The condo was quiet and location was good. If someone else rents make sure to being extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent

The condo was as expected, what was shown on the site. Management was nice and very quick to answers questions or problems. We needed batteries for a remote and they took care of it quickly. One of the Sliding doors in the living room was stuck but other one worked so it was fine. Drain in master bathroom was slow. Furniture could be updated but stay was comfortable. Great location on beach.

Great location, great value, older unit

This property had everything you needed in a great location. The property was clean and any issues we had the management company was quick to respond. Had a hard time finding the management company for the lockbox (arrived very late). Also the code provided was not the correct door code. So we called the after hours number. Person very helpful. Place was clean but could be due for new carpeting and living room furniture (normal wear & tear). Sliding door was still broken (was noted by other also) but since this was a corner unit there was another door to use to access the patio. Overall complex was good. Outdoor pools are not heated so very chilly for March but indoor pool was great.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Close to the pool and the path to the beach. I loved that we weren’t so high up that it took a long time to get anywhere, but high enough to have a lovely view. Our teens made use of the tennis court easily because it was close as well. We had a great stay!

Very nice location. Loved the balcony! Clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was needing bedding for the pullout sofa and they were prompt in bringing it to us. The only other thing I would suggest is it could be a little more stocked with the basics like, salt & pepper. More than 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. We had to buy laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The front bathroom tub water drains slow and hot water is very limited. Master shower is great! This is a new eental so we would definitely stay again, just some minor adjustments to be made.

Amazing View

This condo is exactly as pictured. The view is gorgeous and the access to the beach is so close. The elevator is just across the hall from the condo. I can't wait to rent this condo again!!

When we checked in the condo, the floors were dirty (kids feet were black from walking barefoot on floor) and the bedroom carpet definitely needed cleaning. The unit would not cool below 78 and the central unit was covered in dust.

Good place but could be better.

Buildings were undergoing renovations during our stay. Unit was older but nice with great view. It worked well for our needs. We had a hard time keeping place cool because sliding glass doors are old and wouldn't fully close. I believe they are replacing them as part of renovations along with windows so shouldn't be an issue in future. Beach was nice and 2 pools helped keep down the over crowding. If I was grading I would give a B for unit and a C for the building.

Beach Stay July 2021

We arrived on the property at 2:45 and check in was at 3. We were told that the room wasn’t ready yet so was not given code to enter. We waited by the room only to find out no one was in our room cleaning. It had already been cleaned. When calling Liquid Life several times we were given the run around. They finally told us that the room needed to be inspected before we entered. At 4 o’clock they finally gave us the code because no one had arrived to inspect. Once we were in the room someone came by to check things out. We let her know that the main glass door from living room wouldn’t open and she called someone to fix it. They tried to fix it but unable to. The door has to much erosion and wouldn’t slide. We were unable to use the main sliding glass door to balcony and had to use side kitchen balcony door and walk around the balcony for beach view. The condo and beds were great but Liquid Life wasn’t very professional and lacked customer service.

The elevator and the stairs were right across from entrance so that was very convenient. View was wonderful! Felt very safe. Location was convenient to Walmart, Dollar Store, Publix, Souvenir shops and restaurants.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay in Seaside 3401. Being a corner unit, we had balconies on two sides with great views. The pictures are an accurate portrayal of the unit. Having the large open area in the kitchen/living area was perfect. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids (ages 16,14,9,5). Beach and pool access were immediate (plus there are 2 pools to use). Only complaint would be stains in the carpet. I would definitely rent this unit again.
