Economical stay

The condo has a weird smell to to it. There were not enough bath towels for a family of 4, had to wash them daily and also you should bring your own toilet paper.. Only 2 rolls provided. The condo furniture is dated and it’s kind of dark and gloomy inside. Again, it’s an economical stay for a family but wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunate stay.

Stayed at this property last year, and it was a great stay, this year unfortunately not great. Place was not clean, appliances were kinda run down. Patio full of sand and dirt just not very nice. Would not stay again, owner was willing to be helpful but most of issues would require fixes that should have happened before our stay. With all the fees and nightly costs could have stayed at much nicer property. Lesson learned.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Also, loved the community feel of the pool area and the other snow birds who stay in harbor place Jan-Feb. The only thing I would have liked is a better view from the balcony and more sunlight in the unit.

Last Minute Labor Day Trip

Location and size was perfect for my little family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 7). Central to everything and beach was not near as crowded as it was at the larger locations such as The Phoenix’s. Will definitely look to this property again for a stay.

Great stay - Better Location

Had friends and teammates from school baseball team staying at much more expensive properties, like Phoenix 10, etc. and dollar to donuts this condo on the beach has everything you need and nothing you don’t -and an added touch of home the bbq’s are awesome, for a nice home cooked meal at the beach. The building and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting to use, pool, bbq area etc. the balconies are a plus with a great view of the ocean. This particular condo was very updated and comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend

Room was as described. Neat, clean and well taken care of. Owner was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately there was construction going on replacing doors above and around our unit. However, we were told ahead of time this could occur. The noise was much greater than expected, but that was not the owners fault. Our unit was already complete. Pool and hot tub could have both been warmer, they were both colder than years past staying at Harbor Place. Overall it was a great stay with the only exception the noise from construction.
