Caribe D Building Unit #516....Your family will love this professionally decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo that sleeps 6 with a KING in the Master, KING in the Guest Bedroom and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. The private balcony overlooks the Bay AND the Gulf and is accessed from the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. There are 9-foot ceilings throughout with floor-to-ceiling windows, wet bar, garden tub in the master bath and full-size washer and dryer. The most beautiful and fun resort!

My family of five enjoyed our stay at the Caribe! For reference we have 3 boys ages 6, 4, and 4 months. There was plenty to do and we had the best time. This condo is so beautiful and clean. It’s so spacious! The views of the pool, bay, and ocean made it even better. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in this condo. We took the trolley to the beach with off of our kids and it was an easy trip there.

Wonderful Condo Stay with a Few Property Drawbacks

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We cooked every night and appreciated the variety of kitchen tools available—it made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The furnishings were cozy, and we spent many relaxing hours on the porch taking in the view.One suggestion: it would be helpful to provide dishwasher pods and laundry detergent for guests. For families, doing laundry at least once a day is often necessary. When paying over 3,000 for a 5-night stay, those small conveniences really do make a difference.Our only real concerns were with the Caribe property itself. There were elevator issues throughout the entire week. Only one elevator was working to access the lazy river, and even that one was unreliable—it would often stop at the parking deck multiple times before going up. The lobby elevators were hit or miss, and on checkout day, only two were working, causing delays and frustration.Additionally, on our last night, the building alarm went off around 3 a.m., instructing all guests to evacuate via the stairs. There was no communication from the resort staff about what was happening or when it was safe to return to our unit. That lack of clarity was unsettling. We also noticed a lot of ongoing maintenance, including large fans and other outdated equipment throughout the property.Overall, we loved the condo itself, but the experience with the building and amenities left a bit to be desired.

Great Amenities and Space

Only issue was dealing with the parking pass when we arrived. Would have been nice to have that provided upfront in the condo. It’s a very large complex so takes a day to orient yourself. But otherwise everything was great!

Fantastic spot for families

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in was easy. Front desk and security/gate staff were helpful. Lots to do on site: a good restaurant (Cobalt), pickleball, tennis, basketball, putt putt, nice walk to the beach and along the canal, indoor pools with a little slide that my 4 year old loved. The pools, slides, and lazy river look great but this was a December trip so it was too cold to try them out. The condo has a fantastic view from a large balcony. We didn’t have any need to contact the property manager or owners. Everything went smoothly. Mattresses are a bit too firm for me and my husband’s taste but the kids slept fine. We would definitely stay at the Caribe again and we would use this unit again too.

Nice place

Sunset pouring into the living room was awesome, nice a spacious, plenty of room for 4 people. Room is right by the elevator and stairway, plenty of amenities around the facility. However, the hot tub in the master bath would not hold water, so we didn't get to use it. The steam room by the pool was not working either. Cleaning service could stand to be a little more detailed, but overall it was good. We plan to stay there again.
