LOFT UNIT ON THE BEACH

Enjoy the sun and fun in this loft-style one bedroom condo, located just steps from the ocean. This unit features a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed and a full-sized pull-out couch. We offer everything you'll need to cook in and relax, including a Roku-enabled smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Prime, as well as over 100 cable channels. There are two full bathrooms as well as washer and dryer in unit. The balcony, which has a partial view of the gulf, is complete with patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax. The condominium complex features three pools plus a wading pool, a tennis court, outdoor grilling areas and has their own convenience store called the Sugar Shack, complete with snacks and drinks. The location is just minutes away from Gulf State Park and the charming restaurants and shops of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. With the beach just steps away from the condo, this is a perfect location for your family's vacation!

Other Things to Know:
**There is a one-time $35 parking fee (cash only) which covers your entire stay.

There is a new building going up next to our complex so you may experience some construction noise and dust during daylight hours

Family Vacation with Grandkids

The Condo was awesome. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Orange Beach. Very centrally located and right on the beach! We hope to return in the future to make more memories with our Grandkids.

Brief weekend with friends on Ono Island

Very good location, close to Gulf Shores State Park, which gave us beach benefits without the crowds. Easy drive to visit our friends at Ono Island. Plenty of restaurants along the way as well as a major grocery store nearby. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay, had some issues with wifi but was able to use the main wifi. Very clean property, I tend to clean places my family stays before hand but I didn’t feel the need to here. Loved the heated pool, owners were quick to respond to my messages, convenient to area attractions without being crowded.
