Enjoy coastal decor in this ocean front, third floor condo that sleeps 4. The comfortable living room has a queen sofa/sleeper, a 55 inch TV, DVD player, a rocker recliner. Your quiet master suite has a king size bed, 42 inch mounted TV, wicker dresser and end tables and a bathroom tub/shower. All your culinary needs will be met in the fully stocked kitchen. Dinning options include 2 stools at the breakfast bar, a wicker glass table set, or dine on the patio overlooking the pool. This unit has a washer and dryer and also offers wireless internet.

Phoenix East offers many amenities : tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, shuffleboard, exercise room, sauna, splash pad for the kids, bar-b-que area, indoor pool, 2 jacuzzis, and outdoor pool. There is so much to see and do nearby: Roc Marina and shopping center, outlet shopping, golfing, zip line, boating excursions, restaurants and kid friendly attractions.

This is the perfect vacation oasis on the Gulf of Mexico: watch boats sail through Perdido Pass, see dolphins swim in the emerald water or take a leisurely stroll down the white sugary sand beach. This condo is your romantic get-a-way or great family vacation place.

Anniversary Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix East. The condo was beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Being on the 3rd floor allowed us to quickly get to the pool and beach. It was the perfect spot for just the two of us!

We enjoyed our stay here, but I wouldn’t return without some changes. The view of the Gulf from the living room and kitchen is beautiful. The kitchen is functional, and the beach is very accessible. A few updates would make this condo more comfortable. The bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed frame seemed unstable and made noise. The couches in the living room were also quite uncomfortable. Overall, the condo was clean, but the floors needed to be mopped more thoroughly.

Wonderful family vacation

I arrived and checked in at 12:00 and was told that I would receive a text or call when the room was ready. We drove around with two young kids until 4pm, when I hadn’t heard from anyone from the property to tell me that our room was ready. I called at four and was told oh yeah it’s ready, then ten minutes later I received a message saying the room was ready. There was a pile of lint/trash outside the door of the condo that had been left there along with a used bar of soap. The dryer didn’t work but was hockey replaced with a loaner dryer. The windows in the glass door of balcony looked like they’d not been cleaned. We had a good time. The place is well decorated and comfortable but the cleaning staff was lacking. We appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. We aren’t the type to let a little lint/trash pile, dirty windows and a broken dryer get us down. We would return.

4 great days at the beach

My husband and I loved our stay in this Suite. It was updated and beautiful and the perfect size and price for just the two of us. The location on the beach was great as well. I would recommend it to couples looking for a great respite.

Very nice place and view was great!

All was very nicely done. Furnishings, kitchen items, etc. was in great shape. Will be rescheduling another stay here in the fall.
