When you arrive at The Wharf for your stay, you'll see that this condo has been newly renovated with charming accessories for a luxurious experience on the gulf coast. Perfectly located at The Wharf, you are steps from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The amenities located inside the Wharf Entertainment district are nearly endless! Lounge around at The Oasis, which has a lazy river, spa, wave pool, large pool with waterfalls, kids area, and bar and grill. Dine at the variety of restaurants after you finish walking through all the shops featured on Main Street. Check out the Marina, movies at the theatre, amphitheater concerts, fun games like laser tag, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy the nightly light and sound show! Waking up with a coffee shop that serves breakfast and a beignet cafe makes it convenient for those lazy mornings. Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy with all The Wharf has to offer. This beautiful spacious 1,334 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is set with a dinner table and a breakfast bar, ready for delicious meals with the family. Not to mention, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove and wine fridge. Sit on the balcony and cook your dinner on the private gas grill and listen to the live music coming from the marina. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, with a sliding glass door with access to the balcony. The large attached bathroom features double sinks with a relaxing soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds with an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy the stunning sunset views from the balcony overlooking the inter-coastal canal on the 9th floor. Making your stay more carefree, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. To help us keep things comfortable and in great condition for everyone, we ask that there are no parties, loud music, or events. The home is for registered guests only, and we kindly ask that the number of guests not exceed what’s listed in the reservation. Out of respect for the space, please avoid hanging any decorations or using tape on the walls, as it can damage the paint. We welcome you to come share our second home and make lifelong memories with your loved ones!

Perfect Location

The unit was very nice, clean and exceeded our expectations. It had an amazing view in the front and back. We were able to watch the light show at The Wharf below from the front balcony. It had everything we needed and was central to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was really nice. The beach wasn’t too far. Check in was really easy. Overall the property is very well taken care of and tastefully decorated. This will be our go to unit when we come back next time!
