Skip the crowds and enjoy our spacious beach. Step into this completely remodeled 3/2 condo and sink into luxurious coastal decor and create lasting memories with your family!

THE SPACE: Completely remodeled, this spacious upscale condo will have you swooning! Beautiful coastal decor, new furniture and Serta mattresses are just a few of the upgrades you will enjoy. The condo features beautiful wood look porcelain tile throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms as well as stunning views from the balcony. Our spacious kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island for food prep and an extra large pantry. The kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for six at the table and three at the island. There's room to relax in the spacious living area with a large sectional sofa with queen sleeper, seating area for two, and a large 70" smart TV with sound bar for entertainment. With the best views on the beach, the balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, and has seating for four, with a pub height table, four chairs. We can comfortably accommodate your family of ten with three bedrooms. The large master suite has a new king bed, 65" smart TV, walk-in closet, and a bonus desk/makeup vanity area. The ensuite bath features granite, double vanities, shiplap accents, and a large tiled walk in shower. One guest bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and access to the adjoining bath. The guest bath has double vanity undermount sinks with marble counters and a newly tiled tub/shower combination. Bedroom three has two full size beds and a smart TV. For your comfort, all bedrooms feature new beds and Serta mattresses! There's more room for storage and beach items in the walk in laundry room which has a full-size washer/dryer and room to hang your clothes. WiFi is free and strong enough to stream your favorite movies. With keyless entry, there is no need to worry about keys! You will be thrilled with these luxurious accommodations for your family!

*After booking, instructions are provided to purchase parking passes. $55 (+ tax, price subject to change). *Max 2 vehicles per condo. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit both in the unit and on the balcony. *No pets allowed/allergy free unit. *No parties. *Note: A starter set of paper products are provided. Bring extra if staying longer than a couple of days.

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickleball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct access to our beautiful white sand beach and spend some time with your toes in the sand! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!

THE AREA: Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico, then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner, Cobalt, Cosmos, GT's on the Bay, Big Fish, The Gulf or OSO at Bear Point. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are close to The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and a movie theatre. Visit OWA Amusement Park for thrill rides or a waterpark adventure. Take advantage of local golf, parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing and much more!

Beautiful condo in great location.

We had a fantastic stay! We truly enjoyed relaxing on the deck, chatting and watching the boats and people on the water. As the day warmed up, we wandered down to the beach for a peaceful stroll. The accommodations were both comfortable, spacious and beautiful.

If you’re looking for a truly updated and comfortable rental, this Orange Beach condo managed by Sea South Properties is exceptional. The living room and all three bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget, tool, and pot or pan you could need ...ideal for longer stays or anyone who enjoys cooking, as we do! The views from the 14th floor are stunning, overlooking the entire beach, pool, and walkways, with the moonlit nighttime views being even more impressive. The balcony is spacious and conveniently accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. All bathrooms feature light-wood raised cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and elegant floor-to-ceiling glass shower enclosures, creating a clean, modern feel throughout. This is officially our number one “getaway go-to.” Parking passes were easy to obtain for both our guests and us, and the unit was easily accessible. Sea South Properties Manager David Ward was very helpful, making access to the unit seamless and ensuring we had clear entry instructions and codes. We can’t wait to return.

Loved our stay!

We brought our family down for my daughter's "senior trip", along with a couple of her friends. The condo was spacious, clean, beautiful and very well kept! The view from the 14th floor was great to enjoy morning, afternoon & evening. The beach was not as crowded as many of the other condo's we've stayed at in the past, plus it's centrally located with "anything you need" just minutes away. The property manager checked in with us after we arrived... which I don't think we've ever had at any other condo's. For us, it was a great week & we will go back!

Great spring getaway

I had never been to Orange Beach Alabama before. We absolutely love the beach and all that had to offer. The condo was an absolute delight. It fit me, my friend, and our seven children perfectly. It was clean, had a great atmosphere, and was right on the beach!! Highly recommend.

This is our fourth time staying in a Phoenix condo. This is by far the cleanest and best decorated one yet. We love Phoenix VIII because it is smaller than the other Phoenix buildings and less crowded. Stephanie had great communication the whole week and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful

We always try to stay in a Phoenix and this one did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated, clean, with a beach feel, and recently updated. It is definitely the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The space is very roomy and perfectly located on the 14th floor of Phoenix 8, toward the end of Orange Beach right before Perdido Pass. Stephanie was so great to work with and quick to respond when we decided to stay an extra day to wait out the torrential rains from Helene on our way home. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Property in Orange Beach

We had two families here with two toddlers and one teenager and the space was very good for everyone. Two king beds were amazing to have which very hard to find in this area. The Condo was very clean and had the most amazing views from the windows and balcony. You can lay in the master bedroom king size bed and see the ocean from it. The pool and beach access was very easy to get to with everyone and not crowded at all. It was so nice we mainly stayed in this area and was very happy doing nothing else. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of. Would bring my whole family back here again. We absolutely loved it!!
