The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50" TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a 32" smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom shared with the hallway, complete with a tub. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with blackout curtains and offers beautiful ocean views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, kids' dishware, silverware, and spices, making meal preparation a breeze. Harbour Place is a smaller complex surrounded by like size condos which allows guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers.

Guest parking is first come, first serve. There is covered garage parking and non-covered parking.



Guests are allowed 2 parking spots per unit.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

It has been a week since we’ve returned home from our chilly stay at Harbour Place. Sarah ensured us we had enough blankets and added bonus all switches were labeled which helped us settle in quickly. The location and condo are exactly as described and Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. The condo villagers were very welcoming and the property team keep everything clean. We stayed during the off season and the daily walks on the beach with lots of space were wonderful. Directions for checkout were easy to follow and user friendly. We are excited to stay again in the future!

The condo is beautifully decorated and well-stocked just like the pictures and descriptions show. Owners are very communicative and welcoming. The Welcome binder on the coffee table and notes on the fridge are very thoughtful. We love Orange Beach and Harbour Place and would stay in this unit again.

Nice place, needs some minor maintenance on wobbly ceiling fans, water pressure very low in showers, cleaning crew left a lot of hair and stuff in bathrooms, candy wrappers under bed, someone came into the condo without letting us know in advance for a clogged drain as we found drain clog remover bottle on top of our already tossed trash we had put in garbage so it raised suspicion. Property owners should alert renter guests that maintenance will be visiting. Other than that it was a nice place.

Toddler friendly condo

Pros: The furniture is toddler friendly. I tried to avoid condos with glass top tables in the living spaces. Thank you for that. The kids room is inside facing, so when the sun raises it brightens the adults rooms, not the kids. That way my husband and I woke up before the kid and were able to enjoy our coffees. The painted mural in the living room is beautiful! TV was easy to use Parking was a breeze! But never tried to park under the building in the covered parking. It looked packed. Beaches in front of a 5 story condo are less crowded than those massive condos. Cons: Your view right outside the master bedroom window and porch are of a water drainage area. The neighborhood next door and beach view are beautiful but the drainage area is an eye soar. Positive, the feral kitties like to hide down there. So we made it a game to try and find them every night. (I personally think the kitties were a positive) The indoor/outdoor pool is very small. If there are 1-2 families already in the pool it feels crowded. We decided not to get in. Elevator was down for a few days but we ended up taking the stairs which we found out was quicker than the elevator because we were on the 1st floor. The air conditioning unit was LOUD! Sounds like an airplane taking off. My husband is a heavy sleeper and it even woke him up multiple times each night.

Hall way and elevator or not clean and smell badly carpet in hall way must be as old as the building .but the inside of the rooms , were nice and check in was easy but cash only for a parking pass overall stay was nice . Just really need updates on hallways and elevators .

We love the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We’ve stayed at properties where the condos themselves are a bit older and the individual units and decor was dated. This building was older but the unit was updated. It was clean and had what was needed for a comfortable stay. There is direct beach access and a view of the ocean from the balcony.

We loved it here! The pictures online of the view from your room don't do it justice. The view is amazing! The location could not be better. You are super close to Gulf Shores and on the calmer side of Orange Beach, so everything you could possibly want to do is within 15 minutes. We would definitely book here again.

This is an Awesome property in Harbour Place! Great updated and Clean. On East side of condo, so there's no motel to look at. Great view of the beach and Gulf. Also close to restaurants, shopping, pier and Gulf Shores!
