Get your toes in the Sugar White Sand of the Gulf of Mexico at Sugar Beach Condominiums - Unit 327. The complex has 4 pools, from where 1 heated pool to be used during colder months, grill area, snack boutique Sugar Shack (cold drinks, ice cream, hamburgers. hotdogs, etc)in building, no need to leave the complex.

Unit has been updated 2024, new AC/heater unit. Air purifiers with UV light are available to each level.

The guests are welcome with few snacks ( chips and chocolate), bottles of cold water in the refrigerator, coffee, tea and chocolate pods for Keuring coffeemaker are all waiting for you to help relax and recover from travel (we also have a drip coffee maker for those who prefer pot coffee).
We always have extra sheets, blankets and towels that are hygienically packed in sealed plastic pouches.
Our Condominium is in a complex, 3 stories high with 2 elevators with large indoors hallways. The complex offers covered parking for guests (purchase permit required at check in $35 for entire stay) and also provides a security guard for your safety.
Come and be our guest at our 3rd level townhouse style condo oriented toward South-East with balcony ocean / beach side view where you can watch the waves from the comfort of your balcony. The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, convertible queen size sofa, recliner chair in the living room, one twin size comfortable folding bed, one pullout kid bed in the master bedroom are ready to accommodate extended family. Best use is 4 occupants but sleeping arrangements are there for up to 6 - it will be tight but possible.

The unit also provides: basic toiletries, ( soap, shampoo and conditioner) hair dryers, coffee, kitchen basic spices.
Downstairs is the living room that has a 50” SMART TV with cable / and internet access. In the living room we have an expendable sofa ( queen size bed) and a folding twin size bed if needed. The kitchen has full stove glass top with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffeemakers (Keurig or drip coffee maker available by guest choice). There are all necessary kitchen utensils for those that like to cook. This level has a full bathroom with shower and also a stacked washer/dryer .
Upstairs/loft is the unit's master bedroom with king size bed, and a walk in closet, full bathroom and a separate makeup vanity. The upstairs bedroom has a 40” TV - Fire TV ready, and 2 table lamps with USB ports for your convenience; .
High speed internet available in the complex so bring your tablets and laptops for your enjoyment.
The complex sits on 300 Ft. of beautiful white sandy beach and has 4 pools from where-1 is a heated pool in off season and 1 is a kiddie pool. Complex has easy access bathrooms near the beach and pools. Beach chairs and umbrellas from 3rd party vendors are set up and available for rent, or you can bring you own and have your own set up. There are open showers to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. The pool area has 3 gazebos, providing shade for those who want to be out of the sun. Around the pools lounge chairs are provided. Charcoal grills with picnic tables are also available in the common area. For tennis lovers the complex has a tennis court on the property.
Orange Beach is a centrally located area with access to several championship golf courses, miniature golf, zoo, large amusement parks OWA, " Waterville" water park. and others For shopping, Tangers outlet mall is in proximity. For shows- the amphitheater at the Wharf hosts many big-name concerts. The Fort Morgan Historical site is nearby with a ferry that takes you to Dauphin Island. There are many great dining options at every price point. Pensacola, the home of Blue Angels is at 35 minute drive (21 miles) and hosts the Pensacola Naval Air Base and Naval Aviation Museum and also one of the oldest Lighthouses on the Gulf still in function. Come and visit our beautiful area.

Additional charges for housekeeping will be added to the rental rate, we have no other added fees, condo is managed by owner. A refundable damage deposit will be added to rental rent refundable 72 h post departure through Vrbo.
