Orange Beach Oasis

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with beach side view. Our condo has all the amenities of a home and then some. The condos have covered parking with large rolling carts that fit in the elevator, making your trips from car to condo a breeze! Our 2nd floor unit is 2 doors down to the left from elevator. Our unit has a clear ocean view from both balconies. Our complex is directly on the beach and boasts a saltwater swimming pool with amazing views of the ocean. Pool is heated in cold weather and has lots of lounge chairs and tables for your convenience. You can enjoy outdoor grilling with the community grills and picnic tables located right next to pool area where boardwalk access to beach is located! There are 2 restrooms next to the pool for Romar Beach condo guests only.
Our condo has upgraded amenities, such as LazyBoy sofa/recliner and chairs and smart TVs for ease of login with your own streaming channel subscriptions. Local Dish channels are also on each TV.
Each bedroom features a flat screen TV with new bedding and decor. Our master bedroom offers a king-size bed with wood Roman shutters. The second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed. The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation, including cookware & cooking utensils, dinnerware, cutlery, cutting knives, cutting boards, blender, microwave, large steam pot for cooking seafood, Keurig single cup coffee maker, charcuterie board and more! Fridge has ice maker in freezer. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for use during your stay.
The distance from the condo to the sand is literally out the door, into elevator which opens into parking deck, stroll past the pool and grills and you're directly on the wooden beach access boardwalk for a super short trek across to put your toes in the sand! And best of all, Romar Beach condos offers guests wooden lounge chair & umbrella daily rentals on the beach! Romar Beach condos are family friendly and are located closely to Gulf State Park with biking/walking trails, and within a few miles of a Publix shopping center, a Walmart shopping center with many souvenir shops and places to purchase beach necessities. Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market is directly across the street, you can walk over and order fresh seafood, boiled and steamed. Less than five minutes from tons of restaurants.

Sand in my Boots

I rented the condo for the Sand in my Boots festival with my son and his girlfriend. Location was great, condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were awesome!

The condo is small but very cute and well put together. we had a flawless check in process. It is a very short walk to the beach which makes it easy if you have kids who want to go back and forth. I would stay again. Oh and the black towels in the bathroom for "makeup" were super cute!!

Nice but not accurate

This condo was very nice, updated and clean, however the pictures and layout of the condo were not accurate. My only reason for booking there instead of where i have stayed the last 10 yrs was for the room with 2 twins beds. When i arrived there were no twin beds just a regular bed. I contacted the owner who said they changed that last fall which would have been before i made my reservations, but the couch folded into a queen bed which really did not matter had i wanted the couch option i could have stayed where i normally do. It was the wk of july 4th so its not like i had any other options i was there and made the best of it, but definitely a large disappointment that i paid extra from my normal place and did not have the accommodations that made it worth the extra to me.

Great stay!

This condo is very cozy, nicely renovated, & comfortable! Our young family of 4 enjoyed our stay! Netflix, card games & space for children & parents in their own rooms was great. It’s located on the beach so no need to cross 4 lanes of fast traffic or drive sandy. It’s also across the street from bike rentals & the beautiful gulf state park- trails perfect for a run, bike ride, enjoying nature. Plenty restaurants in both directions from this condo. Great stay!

Condo was very nice and updated decor!

We were in town for a Softball tournament and this was the perfect location. Property was well maintained and exactly like the pictures. It was right on the beach and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very nice and responded to emials quickly. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and completely furnished with all the necessities. We love love the location. The beach is gorgeous and such a convenient spot to watch July 4th fireworks. The condo is a great set up for 2 couples, and we were so pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Not only was the condo very clean it was also beautifully decorated. I love that it’s not in the middle of all of the high rise condos and that it’s an end unit so close to the stairs and parking- that made it even more convenient with having kids. We will definitely be back!

Brought back memories!

As a kid, my family always took us on beach vacations, but half the memories were made in the condo. When we walked in, it was very nostalgic for me! Everything was so clean, and we loved the aesthetic. Would definitely stay again!

Beyond our expectations!!

The place was very beautiful and homie. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens smelled pleasantly fresh. It was clean and looked to be newly remodeled.The kitchen had all the supplies you may need to cook meals. There was even a hairdryer in the bathroom and fans in each bedroom closet! Marion has thought of everything!

Weekend Beach Trip

Great value with the beach just few steps away. The King bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the location of the condo. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend parking on the end of the property closest to the road and just using the stairs to access the condo.

Great for my family!

The location and the condo was perfect. The kids loved the pool and beach. Having the pool area to walk up to right after the beach was great! Shower and hose off before hitting the pool was refreshing. It was not overly crowded throughout the condo/pool/beach area. Inside the condo was perfect size for our family!

Cozy, clean and a short walk to the beach.

We really really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, decorated with calm, peaceful decorations and paint colors. Bed was comfy. Owners were very responsive with all of my questions. The only really negative thing I found was the noise from the traffic. Over all it was a great price.

The unit is right next to a busy road and the traffic noise was terrible. The unit was clean and comfortable but far from the beach. I would have preferred hearing the gulf sounds instead of the traffic
