Beach Retreat is part of the Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes complex which is a beautifully landscaped Key West inspired village located off Canal Road in Orange Beach.

This tropical 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home features soothing coastal decor and all the comforts of home. The living room has a coastal contemporary feel and has a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and showcases granite countertops and full size appliances. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen television. The bathroom has an extended single sink vanity and a tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions. The full guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. Enjoy a peaceful afternoon sitting on the back patio around an outdoor table with four chairs.

Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes is a wonderful location with many amenities including a stocked fishing pond gazebo swimming pool clubhouse and parking spots right outside your front door. Looking for entertainment and shopping? This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. Interested in sports? Casa Bella is just a quick half mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex and not far from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex and Foley Sports complex. The Orange Beach Golf Center is a half mile down the road. The Gulf State Park has miles of fabulous hiking and biking trails and is just four miles away. Is the beach calling you? Beach Retreat is approximately 3 miles from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach with free parking a bathhouse and outdoor shower.

This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.

This non-smoking pet-friendly villa rents monthly from November to March 1 and has 2 assigned parking spaces. Minimum age to rent is 25.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great place. Bad mattresses.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It is a low key area. Great location. Clean and cute. Biggest issue. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and wears on you after a week stay
especially queen room. King room is just so so. I suggest owner upgrading the mattresses or atleast adding some sort of topper. I think most people value sleep the adults struggled.

Great Place and Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Orange Beach Villas. The condo was in a perfect location - and we love the Gulf State Park. The condo is clean (although a bit worn out). We loved the screened in porch. That's why I picked this location. All the facilities were as promised. We would recommend!

Beautiful home!

When we opened the door, the home was exactly as pictured! All of the colors were fun, bright and exciting. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with any utensil or kitchen gadget one could imagine. We loved the screened in back porch and the pool was 20 steps from our front door. Shopping and the beach were just a few minutes drive away and parking and check in/out were a breeze. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning next year!!

Affordable pace to stay. Overall we were happy.

Overall the place was pretty clean. There were 2 bananas in the freezer and coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Internet was spotty. Cable TV didn't work but I didn't mind that! We just played games and had family time. Was nice to have a washer and dryer so that all our clothes came home clean! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We would choose this location again.

Property was perfect. Rental company very responsive particularly when I was charged a pet deposit when not brining a pet. Charge was removed promptly. Only complaint is number of emails and texts associated with rental. Seemed excessive.

Such a relaxing place

My family and I loved the place. It was very peaceful and inviting. It’s location is perfect. We will definitely be returning. The only gripe we had was the late checkin and early check out times. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.
