Step inside and discover the Primary suite, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed and a private bath for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of Full-Over-Full bunks. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows after a day of beachside fun. Plus, all mattresses are memory foam, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

Fabulous view from any room in the condo and the wrap around balcony. Comfortable outdoor furniture with different seating options. The condo was updated, clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The host was kept us updated.

Our family enjoyed a fun and relaxing Spring Break at Windward Pointe 1101! There was a lot of space and beds, easily accommodating all six of us. The starter packs of soap etc. were much appreciated until we got to the store. The breathtaking views were unmatched! It is a very family friendly location. The beach wasn't too overcrowded. We could easily walk to a few souvenir shops. Everything else was only a short drive away! Would definitely recommend this location for any family on vacation.

Great Family Stay

Condo was just as described. Location was great! Pool and beach access were just what we wanted for our family that ranged from 10 - 75. We had plenty of room inside the condo and on the huge balcony.

Loved the corner condo!!! Ready spacious and plenty of sleeping options for the kids. My only complaint would be that the dryer would not dry towels and the shower head in the guest bathroom needs to be updated. I would recommend this condo and would rent it again!

Really nice place to stay

We fell in love with the balcony and spent most of our inside time there. The water was too rough to actually swim but there were plenty of options for pool and hot tub time. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Quick getaway

Great condo that I would rent again. Very convenient to restaurants and easy walking distance for our teenagers to surf shops and such. Floor didn’t appear dirty but our feet would be black just walking in the condo and on the balcony so bring socks or shoes to wear inside besides that it was a great location!

The stay was great. The view was wonderful and the patio furniture was first class! Quiet and stocked with the necessities. The only issue we had was with the floors. Our feet would get dirty when not wearing shoes or sandals. I would recommend this condo.
