Our host was very easy to communicate and very clear, which we appreciated greatly! We loved staying at Phoenix 5, and the condo was pretty well as described and pictured, with the exception of a few pieces of furniture that seemed to be different. Beds were comfy! It was just a little less clean than expected - there were many items of trash and dust bunnies under the bathroom furniture and the beds that our crawling 10 month old found, and the coffee maker needs to be updated, but aside from that we enjoyed our stay!
Condo was very nice and cozy. We loved the updated furniture! Very clean! Guest bath seems to have a plumbing problem. The water was very brown, the pipes made noises and the toilet wouldnât flush. My teens didnât use it, and it wasnât a problem for us. Master bedroom mattress is hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to have available ice bags downstairs to purchase. Would have added a kcup pot to the kitchen.
This condo was exactly as pictured, which was very nice. We had a great time and felt right at home. I also had my 2 year old with us and it was great for him. Communication with the owners/ property manager was very easy as was checking in and out. We planned to come back and stay for our next beach vacation.
Pretty, but terrible mattress in the master bedroom
Overall, the condo is very nice. There were a few issues though. The mattress in the master bedroom was literally concave in the middle. Extremely uncomfortable! I donât understand why the owners would put money into redoing the decor, but not the mattress. Also, we couldnât get any of the tv/movie apps to load. We called the front desk and Brett Robinsonâs office, but no one offered any solutions. We ultimately decided just not to watch anything, but it was annoying considering this is considered a âpremiumâ condo and had a premium price.

This is one of the cutest and nicer condos Iâve stayed in at Phoenix V.
This condo is precious. The fabrics on furniture is so nice and easy to clean. The kitchen is great! The only issues we had were with the WiFi not being fast enough to use Netflix etc on TVs and the worst part was that the people before us had smoked in the property. The condo smelled terrible when we first walked in and we had to air it out. I called the property manager and left a VM but never got a return phone call. Other than that, the condo is great.
We were looking for a place with that beachy feel, it was everything and more! Very well decorated, very clean! Check in was a tad difficult, lady at desk seemed a little confused and lost! Not a huge deal though. Loved the parking place under the parking deck, always in the shade! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

comfortable, clean, excellent ocean view.
this condo was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean, quiet and updated. the property was on the beach with a 3 pools which were family friendly.
I went with my 15 year old daughter. This was our 5 th year staying at Phoenix 5. The room was fine. It wasn't as clean as others I have stayed in. The comforters smelled misty with a couple of stains on the master comforter. My main issue was staff. There was a man who worked for Phoenix in maintenance I believe who stared at my daughter every time we walked past him to go to beach then came up to her and a friend one night as they tried to play racquetball. Very creepy. Hard to explain. The room we stayed in was missing a remote and they came into our room without us there to bring another remote. We had had hot water until this point, but then all of a sudden we had no hot water after remote was brought. I called front desk for service and again they sent someone to our room and he said the breaker had been turned off. We never touched a breaker. Very creepy experience for us. I have always felt so safe in the past, but this visit had us very freaked out. Just weird things happened and a scary, creepy maintenance man.
