Welcome to Parks Edge 25, your charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage retreat that promises to be your ideal home away from home for a well-deserved vacation. Nestled in the Parks Edge community adjacent to the Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, this cottage offers a serene escape just minutes from the beach.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious main floor featuring an inviting open living space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts. A full-sized washer and dryer provide added convenience, while a half bath ensures comfort for all guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a huge flat-screen TV for entertainment.
On the main floor, you'll also find the Primary bedroom, offering a luxurious retreat with a comfortable King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bath featuring a tub and walk-in shower.
Venture to the second level, where two additional bedrooms await. The first of these bedrooms features a King bed, while the second guest bedroom offers a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages. Both bedrooms have access to a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom.

CLEAN BED PROMISE Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham â every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. Love the neighborhood! It was quiet and calm. Direct access to the state park was a highlight for us. Short drive to a few beach accesses. No complaints about the location or home. Cons: listing said room with bunk but it was a king room. No biggie in the long run for us but important to note. I wished the cleaning supplies were better/ easier to use. I like to get clean up sand throughout the week when staying at the beach. Lastly, parking is very slim. This was fine other than a small birthday party we had for my son. We had three cars and it was very tight. Honestly only two cars fit comfortably. Overall, I would stay here again. I loved the state park access and the littles enjoyed the pool.
Great house very nice and a big home for us, we didnât realize gulf shores wasnât very walkable to get to the beach but we loved the house and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Weâd definitely recommend it to Anyone the house was so comfortable for us.
We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and had extremely comfortable beds. We were a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive for anything else. We had some wasps out in the back and let them know and to our surprise they had someone out there that same day! Highly recommend!
Loved everything about this place. We only had one issue which was the dishwasher was broken due to the people before us, which would have been nice since 6 of us staying and we cooked and ate all our meals there. Other than that communication with the owners was always fast and easy and we are ready to come back and stay again.
