Welcome to the most enjoyable and prestigious unit in The Enclave.
Experience stunning views from the extended, 270 degree exclusive balcony and top floor privacy. No more noise from units above you!
1004 boasts professional decor and painting along with 9' ceilings and Crown Moulding throughout. Tile and ceramic floors complete this 2000 square foot, 4-bedroom 3 bath unit.
Beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters, make this the perfect relaxing getaway.

Relax at the outdoor pool & sundeck or slip into the indoor heated pool for a soothing swim. The Enclave has a newer, wonderful outdoor pool that features a zero entry, kids fountains, tanning ledges, etc.!!! A large pool deck with composite furniture, allows you to enjoy the sun or shade under an umbrella, while watching the family swim and have fun. Combined with the heated indoor pool, you will have plenty of swimming, splashing, and fun activity for all ages.

The Enclave is centrally located in Orange Beach with many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc., all within easy walking distance right across the street. There is a stoplight and pedestrian walkway for safe travel. BBQ grills and Tennis/Pickleball courts are also available exclusively for guests. The Enclave is a low density, 69 unit complex, which makes for an uncrowded and relaxing stay. Free wireless internet for the whole property is provided. Gated, private beach access with a very short boardwalk, makes for a fun and safe trip.
Also included is a private beach closet by the entrance to the unit. There you will find many items available for you to use such as beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, kites, shelling nets, etc. While I can't guarantee what will be in there, I do stock the closet at the start of the year and many guests leave items as well. Since things do wear out and break, the inventory is always changing. There are many stores across the street to purchase beach items if you need something that is not there.

***A private, gated & covered, owners parking spot is provided for you at no charge. Very few units have this bonus. For reservations during 2026, when you book this unit, you will automatically receive a guaranteed parking spot on the general lot for your stay. There will also be additional parking spot(s) available on a first come first serve basis. When you arrive at The Enclave, simply scan the QR code on the parking sign to see if an additional spot is available. Along with the owner's private spot and the first automatic general lot spot, you are guaranteed at least two parking spots for your stay. If you are able to get a second spot on the lot, a total of three cars will be allowed for you. If you book your stay for 2026 before Jan 5, 2026, the first general lot parking spot will be at no charge. The second spot, if available, will incur a charge of $50 for the length of your stay. Bookings made after Jan 5, 2026, will incur a $50 charge for each parking spot reserved on the general lot for the length of your stay. Also, additional overflow parking is conveniently located right across the street.

Rates
This is an excellent, well-maintained unit, as pictured, to enable you to have a wonderful stay. We keep this unit like our home to be able to enjoy time at the beach. My cleaning company does a great job to ensure your health and well-being. The rates are competitive as compared to similar units. Monthly rates are available on request and winter guests are welcome.

Master Suite
The Master Bedroom Suite features a King size bed with a large flat screen TV & DVD player. A glass sliding door takes you right out the expansive balcony. The en-suite bathroom is wonderful with a large 2 sink vanity, a Garden style jacuzzi tub, a walk in glass shower, wall mounted hair dryer, and plenty of closet space and chest of drawers for your convenience. A separate room houses the toilet for privacy.

Master Suite 2
This unit offers a second master suite with a King size bed along with a flat screen TV & DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a very large vanity, wall mounted hair dryer, nice closet & chest of drawers. It has a separate room for the tub/shower and toilet.

Guest Bedroom 1
The first guest bedroom offers a King size bed along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. This room has a nice closet for storage and hanging clothes.

Bathroom 3
This bathroom offers a vanity/sink along with the toilet and walk in shower. It also features a wall mounted hairdryer. Access to this bathroom is from both guest bedrooms as well as the hall.

Guest Bedroom 2
The fourth bedroom of this unit features a Queen size bed along with a flat screen TV & DVD player. It has a nice closet for storage and hanging clothes.

The Kitchen
A fully stocked kitchen awaits you with Corian counter tops and Stainless appliances, including a spacious French Door Refrigerator, microwave, oven & stove, and dishwasher. Also included are necessities like a regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, Blender, toaster, pots, pans, skillets, plenty of silverware, glasses, utensils, plates, etc., to prepare a great local seafood meal or snack.

Dining Area
The Dining area includes a large round table with seating for 6, along with 2 swivel padded bar stools at the counter. A large wetbar makes this a popular area and the 30LB stainless icemaker keeps the coolers full and the drinks cold! There are also chairs and a table on the Balcony to dine as well.

Living Area
The open living area features a new queen size sofa sleeper, very comfortable recliner, 2 padded swivel chairs, and a nice kid friendly coffee table to play on. There is a 75" 4k UHD Mini LED Google flat screen TV with free Direct TV streaming. Or use your streaming log-in to watch your favorite shows, or stream free content.
Through the expansive glass doors, you step out onto your private balcony for breathtaking ocean views. Nicely appointed furniture makes this a popular spot to watch the Dolphins play, listen to the waves, or just relaxing in the ocean air. Enjoy your favorite beverage, snack, or meal here.

The condo was fabulous. We had a wonderful time. The private parking space was the best because the building can be limited on space. We enjoyed our stay. The appliances were nice and upgraded. The condo was clean and the manager was quick to respond to messages. We will be booking again next year

This unit is in a great location and has an awesome view! Parking is straightforward, check in/check out communication was easy and clear. Elevator was always quick (which is a plus)! Will definitely be planning another stay soon.

Our stay was so much more than we expected. The view was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the rooms were quiet. Very relaxing. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We will definitely plan another vacation at this property again.

Unbelievable view!

Beautifully decorated and very clean with comfortable pillows and beds! We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony as often as possible because the view made it almost as good as being at the beach. The white sand beach was a short walk over the walkway and through the sand. Rick was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend 1004 at the Enclave!
