Phoenix 8 Unit #605...This is the perfect condo for a couple, or a family with small kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals while you are at the beach! The Master bedroom is large and has a King sized bed and an adjoining bathroom! And, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed for the kids!

Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. The views are spectacular! This is why you are coming to the beach!!

Phoenix VIII is much smaller than some of the other Phoenix properties which is a good thing! Parking in the front is always available and the elevators are almost never crowded. There is a full service help desk in the lobby where you purchase your parking pass upon arrival.

This was a great unit for a couple to get away and relax. One of the easiest transitions into relaxation once we arrived. It was just the right size and had all of the amenities plus plenty of extra supplies for our week stay. It was easy working with the host, and we never waited for a reply to any of our messages or requests. It was close to several great places to eat and not far from the shopping venues. We would definitely use the unit again if it is ever just the two of us.

Condo was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and easy access to everything. The pool was clean and the beach setup made our experience very pleasant! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all the activity on the beach! Fun to watch all the kids crab hunting on the beach at night.

Ice maker didn’t work. Had water problems in bathroom with water leaking Called maintenance, he was prompt & courteous. He had come back 3 times. He did bring us a bag of ice. One recliner wouldn’t recline. A woman with property management called me & stated it was reported that 3 men were smoking on our balcony & to stop it. They had video proof! I explained we didn’t smoke. She insisted it was us. She called back a second time with the same accusations. I again told her we didn’t smoke & it was only me & my husband there. She asked why only 2 people in a 3 bedroom condo? She definitely had wrong person. We were staying in a 1 bedroom condo. This upset us both! She later texted an apology that she had the wrong condo. Other than that, the beach was beautiful, chair attendant was nice & friendly.

Perfect condo!

Loved the location . Beautiful views! Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from your front door. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook which was a plus . Quiet building.

Consider amenities for disability

It would be great if you had shower benches or shower chairs. I can’t stand for long periods of time while showering. I had to go out and buy a shower chair. This is important to me any where I go. Other than this concern, our stay was excellent.
