Phoenix East - Three bedroom - Condo 1211

Make a great beach vacation even better when you stay in this beautifully furnished and decorated three bedroom and two bathroom condo, with several special features added during an upgrade. The living area features comfortable places to sit when you need to chill out, and there is a television set, a DVD player, and a stereo system on a bakers rack. The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, including a flat top range and all of the cookware you need to make meals is within easy reach. In front of the granite countertops are four stools, and there is also a table with six chairs, as well as another table with four chairs on the tiled balcony, where you can sit in the breeze and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. There is always something happening in the Perdido Pass boat channel and Terry Cove. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television, access to a second balcony, and a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower. The two guest bedroom also has flat screen televisions. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second features a pair of queen-size beds. You will note the second bathroom is very similar to the one in the master suite.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
