Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach 2006, a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes coastal living at its finest. Located in one of the newest complexes in Orange Beach, this corner unit on the 20th floor offers breathtaking panoramic views and all the comforts of home.

The Primary suite in this condo is a true sanctuary, featuring a King bed, direct balcony access for those stunning Gulf views, and a lavish Primary bath complete with dual vanities, a Whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer the comfort of 2 Queen beds and share access to a well-appointed bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a cozy retreat with 2 Queen beds and an adjoining bath that includes a walk-in shower. In total, this spacious unit can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Step into the expansive living room, where a sofa sleeper complements the seating area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows frame the southern horizon, offering an ever-changing backdrop of the Gulf Coast. The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a joy.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online directly through Phoenix Orange Beach. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions that includes a link to register your vehicle and complete your parking pass purchase.

The view was gorgeous and access to the beach was amazing! The beach was clean and inviting! If it was warmer, we would’ve enjoyed using the outdoor lazy river and slide. Thankfully, there was an indoor pool and teo hot tubs that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great overall. The views were as good as we’ve had ( this is our 7th year coming to orange beach). Place was very clean. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would like to mention that there is a tack on the back of one of the living room chairs that sticks out and is very sharp. I tried pushing it back but it did not stay in. Also the kitchen sink faucet might be on its last leg, squeaks quite a bit and is a little difficult to shut off. But those were not complaints just giving a heads up. Great place!!

Great family rental

Really nice place to stay. Lazy river and slide were a big hit with the children and adults. Really short walk to beach was nice with little one. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the place and the view was fantastic. Just a few issues:The kitchen was dirty, we moved the coffee machine and it was filthy under it and with coffee all over the counter.The sink by the faucet had mold all over it and so we cleaned everything before we would use it. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and you really had to work with it to get the water to turn off.The diningroom chairs arm was extremely loose and a screw actually fell out.The living room chair had a nail coming out of the back and it cut a family member and also ripped a piece of clothing.The first bedroom had sand all over the floorLastly the jack and jill bathroom had an approx. 8x8" hole above the toilet and signs of mold. I have photos of all the issues.

Exactly like described. Met all of our expectations! We traveled with our 4 kids ages 11 to 19. We walked in and the kids were excited by how great it was! Easy check in and check out process. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great condo for a big family!

The property manager was very responsive throughout the process! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had ages 2-70 with us and everyone loved it! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

Incredible Stay

My wife and I stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and it was by far the nicest place I've stayed in my 5+ years with VRBO. View from the 20th floor is amazing from the balcony, MBR and 2 of the other bedrooms. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.
