Disappointing trip

Get ready for bed on first night,after driving all day, and huge puddle of water in floor and keep hearing it pouring in the walls. Another condo on a different floor above us had a pipe that busted. Water kept coming in. Went to front desk and finally someone showed up at our door. This was 11 at night. Finally I said enough when they came back at 2. I had to go to bed. Next morning, 3 big industrial fans were put in our condo to dry the walls and floors out. They stayed almost the entire 6 day trip. Plus, had people in condo every day to check the walls. Also, the condo was not put back together when we arrived. Couch was folded out and coffee table in a corner. Was too heavy to move ourselves. Was a very disappointing trip after saving all year to be able to afford. Brett Robinson offered nothing for all our trouble.
