Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

The property is beautiful and well maintained; however, the halls echo loudly and noise travels easily between units. Other than check-in, our stay was problem free. Unfortunately, our door code didn’t work and the customer service representative wasn’t able to help. Fortunately, maintenance was able to unlock the door but the door code provided in the arrival text was incorrect. The beach was beautiful and the indoor pool was nice- no idea about the outdoor pool, it was closed for cleaning (which would’ve been nice to know since we specifically looking for a site with pools). We did pay for parking, which will be a factor with future bookings. Also the pre-arrival step is very long but easy to follow. We would book here again.

Great condo right on the beach! We truly loved our stay. I kind of wished that the balcony had more comfortable chairs (verses bar stool type chairs) where you can sit back and relax to enjoy the view but it certainly didn’t ruin the stay for us. Check in was a little rough because we were sent two codes for the door and neither worked. I called management immediately and the woman helping was difficult to understand and spoke quickly. Needless to say, we got it figured out and had no other issues.

Lovely condo! Would stay again!

Beautiful condo with amazing balcony view! The master bed was very comfortable, pillows were good, but daughters did complain that the two beds in the other bedroom were not. Never had long waits for elevators. The only complaint that I had was that the dryer took 3 cycles to get clothes dry, so that probably needs to be fixed or replaced. Other than that, everything was great, and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxing stay

Condo was very clean inside and on the grounds. Security at front gate and on the grounds. The room is as pictured and the kitchen was impressively stocked.the view from the balcony master room and living area was spectacular. Easy access to elevator and stairs. Normal noise level with a condo. Only complaints are the front door is very hard to open, the beds are not that comfortable (could be preference) and there was not a water filter on the fridge. This place still gets 5 stars though. We would stay in this condo again

Fantastic first stay in Orange Beach

Phoenix VI was a great location, had all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation (even had a sauna), nice sandy beach, and a great surprise with the unit providing beach chairs and umbrella.

Great location but dated property

The location was great but is sold as accommodations for 8 and not true. The sofa bed is not even a comfortable or clean sofa, much less a bed. Red soda stains on rug were disappointing, if your looking for a family of 6 and ok with 10 year old furniture, then this place will work great.

Third spring break family vacation in orange beach!

We’ve always been pleased with Phoenix condos, but this one could use a few upgrades beginning with the mattresses and pillows. The fourth floor location made for easy access to the pool and beach, but instead of hearing the ocean each morning and evening, the pool fountain below obscured the sound. We loved the separate double sink “getting ready” area from the toilet and shower area. We once again had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem on the gulf coast!

Great view !

View from balcony was great ! Loved that main bathroom had double sinks outside of the toilet / shower so 2 can get ready at same time . Space was fine & was clean upon arrival . The only drawback for us was that the balcony was smaller than it appears & the bar high furniture on it was not good for kids . Liked that blackout curtains were in main bedroom too .

Bring your own bath towels!

Property was fine, but it is smaller than it appears. There could be some minor upgrades that would make it nicer- new, nicer interior doors. We almost purchased new bath towels to gift to the condo- they were so thin and low quality. The location was good, check in process easy and overall a good stay.

Arrived early and called to see if it was possible to check in earlier. They were very polite and gave us a temporary code to enter the room until our normal code was in effect. Also told us to call if we had any issues- which we did not. We were very satisfied and would use this unit again in the future.

Average condo at a very nice facility

Our condo was fairly clean, with exceptions in the master bath with peeling paint and a large fecal streak left on the toilet seat upon arrival. The first night we noticed the ceiling above our shower was damp and we called the site manager who notified the building maintenance crew. Nobody came to address the issue and by day two my wife and I awoke to water pouring out of the ceiling light fixture . We called the site manager again and they worked with the building maintenance team to address the issue.

Decent place to stay but needs a little updating

I will try to make this brief yet give you all the information you may need to make your travel decisions. The place is decent however a bit outdated. As others have said the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. I can't speak for the king bed in the master bedroom but the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds that are bolted to the wall. the beds are OK but could use a replacement. The pictures are deceiving as it is smaller than it looks. The balcony is nice, beautiful view of the ocean. It is small though. Has 4 chairs and 1 lounge chair. That's about all the room you will have. Gets a little sun but not much. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you could need as far as utensils for cooking etc. What I would suggest you bring or buy is dishwasher tabs, (there is 1 available ) garbage bags and smaller ones for recycling, (however found out they do not recycle ) very disappointing. So much waste. Anyway, I would also bring coffee filters (the basket type not the cone size) .and dish soap. If you want to do a little laundry, bring a few Tide Pods rather than buy them. I put 3 in a rubber maid container in my suitcase. worked well!. No lawn chairs are available in the condo however you can rent them on the beach. A bit pricey but you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. I think they were something like 40 dollars for the day but not positive. They have towels for your use which are like sandpaper! Yikes! The Condo was clean despite other reviews. We had no issues Check in was easy, they send you the code to the door several days before your arrival. Will not work if you show up early. You have to pay for parking! I somehow did not know that on arrival. Hot tubs are very small. Didn't use them. There were lots of families with children using the pool We really did not use the facility much at all. We bought ice also. The freezer has an icemaker however was not enough for 4 adults. Water tastes terrible but then I feel like I'm a water snob. We are on a well and the chorine taste was too much for me. We bought 4 gallons of water for about 5 days. We like our coffee.
