In the Primary suite, embrace the epitome of comfort with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a lavish private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity. The serenity continues in the second bedroom, which houses a King bed and its own private bath, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The third bedroom is equally inviting with two Full over Queen bunk beds and a private bath, perfect for additional guests or family members. Both guest bedrooms are outfitted with large flat-screen TVs and DVD players for endless entertainment.

The living area, a Primarypiece of comfort and style, is adorned with tile flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Unwind with a movie or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, or lounge on the sofa sleeper that adds additional sleeping space.

The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was in an excellent location with a beautiful beach view. For the most part the condo was clean, not the floors. I now have a few pairs of socks that are ruined on the bottom. The furniture, both inside and out, is mediocre in the comfort area. All in all not a bad place to stay but it needs some updates and improvements.

This is a great condo. Very large. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. They are high, but there are steps if you need them. The pillows were pretty flat, I would bring my own next time. The living room furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the lazy river, pools and beach. It was a great vacation.

The views were amazing. You could see sting rays and sharks and dolphins. We saw several meteors and a Spacex launch from the balcony. The condo is a little dated, washer and dryer are very old and rusty. The beds slept fine TVs are on the smaller side. The bar area needed some dusting before we could use the glasses.

Easy to check in. Everything was great in the condo. The bunk beds were definitely a plus. Also having 4 bathrooms was great and we had plenty of storage space. The only downsides are the parking and the elevator wait but that is not the owner’s fault. We had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed Orange Beach.

Great Condo

This condo was overall a great condo! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was very clean. There was an issue with the air at the Phoenix West this specific weekend. The booking company was unaware and when contacted, they knew nothing, and really did nothing to find out information to inform me. I had to call the actual front desk and then inform Liquid Life of the issue to which they still never checked in on us. Thankfully, it was not unbearable, but our condo never got below 74 degrees. Also note that if you’re coming to this condo, you will have to bring salt, pepper, PAM, basically anything you need to cook. The listing showed a Keurig in the pictures, but there is not one. Just a regular coffee pot. Again, overall a wonderful place with a few hiccups that were manageable.

Great condo

The room was exactly as described and the perfect size for our large family. We weren't stepping over each other to get around and there were plenty of spaces to sit. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking as well as tableware. There is security at the entrance to ensure only guests are able to get in, which brought some peace of mind about parking in the garage. There was also security in the common area and pools. The unit was great, but the main property doesn't seem to be managed well. When we arrived at 4pm two of the four elevators were down. We were told by an employee they had been down since 11am that day. We had parked on level seven of the garage- since only two units were working they were always full. We had to hike down to level 1 with all of our luggage and it still took OVER AN HOUR to get to our room. The elevators were repaired during the stay but still were very slow and a point of tension for everyone at the location. One night the fire alarm kept going off in another unit on our floor and was very disruptive. The front desk said no one was cooking or smoking which indicated the system was faulty. Overall, we were very happy with our unit, the beach, and the pools and would stay again-assuming the condo owners put pressure on the building maintenance staff to overhaul the infrastructure of the building.

Great condo for families

This was our second time at this property and it went just as easy as the first. Great for kids, the pool and slide are always a hit. The condo was clean and check in easy. Beds were comfortable and full size w/d always helpful. Will stay again.

Loved this property!

This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan, pot and dish that you need
 we cooked Thanksgiving lunch and had plenty of dishes and utensils. The hanging blow dryers in every bathroom were great! The beds were extremely comfortable. The only negative came from our adult children
 Wi-Fi not very good. Personally, I was fine because I came to unplug and enjoy family but our adult children worked for a couple of days and the work fi was extremely spotty and weak. Overall, I could not have been happier with this unit. We hope to rent it again!

Late Summer Sibling Trip

This is the first time Ive stayed at any of the Phoenix properties (though several of my party have) and I was quite impressed with the overall size and comfort. The address on the listing took us to the Phoenix II down the road but the text link from LL took us back to the Phoenix so that was our only real hiccup. Parking was a bit more than I was expecting as well, so I am glad we only used 2 cars. My son and nephew LOVED the slide and lazy river. I think they preferred that more than the beach! We did have to get extra toilet paper for our 4 days with party of 9, but everything was convenient. Ive heard nightmare stories about the elevator usage in the middle of summer so I was glad not to have any issues with that in mid september. I love that you cant hear your neighbors above or below you! As others have stated, internet is not great but that would probably be the main thing I would see needs improvement. An extra couple of pillows or blankets would also be nice. The kids used the sofa bed so they took the pillows/blanket that was extra but keeping the temp down at night may have been a little chilly for some of us and it would have been nice to throw an extra blanket on the bed. Overall a great stay and we'd definitely do it again!

very nice, very clean place to stay. it was above our expectations. Living room has enough furniture to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. The balcony was the hit for me. I was out there when not at the pool or the lazy river or the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves here. There were some very slight issues so here are some notes for owner, dining room table is wobbly, for as big as it looks, it was very loose. Wi-fi is very spotty...it was probably out as much as it was out, I would not want to depend on it if you have to work from there. Any time you use the fan in the front master bathroom, LOTS of water came down from the fan. These were small issues that were greatly outweighed by the positive factors. Thank you!

The condo is amazing! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is we didn’t have a great first impression. The lady at the checkin desk of Phoenix West was probably the rudest person I’ve ran into at any condo or hotel. Then when we got into the condo itself the cleaning crew didn’t do good either. We found trash still laying around the unit. But after that WOW! The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. The beach itself was awesome. Ike’s beach service for chairs was very good and worth it! Lots of things to do and places to eat close to the condo. We’ll definitely be back to Orange Beach!

Great Condo

My family was very pleased with our condo. It was enough room for the ten of us. It was my husband's 60th Birthday that we were celebrating. Our son and his family and our daughter and her family. All five of our grandchildren attended. We had so much fun. Our grandchildren enjoyed lazy river and it was hard to get them to leave every day. We will most definitely return. This was my husband and my second time, but our children and grandchildren's first time. Thanks Liquid Life. Everything went as planned. Beautiful condo.
