Welcome to this beachy and beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, offering a serene coastal retreat for up to ten guests. Nestled on the 4th floor of Phoenix X, away from the pool and elevator, this charming escape is adorned with stylish beach furnishings and bathed in light and airy coastal colors.
Interior: As you step inside, you're greeted by tile flooring throughout the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to illuminate the space, highlighting the serene coastal ambiance.
Relax and unwind in the living area, featuring a cozy and comfortable blue sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair, along with a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen television, available in both the living area and all bedrooms.
Retreat to the master bedroom, where a king-size bed awaits along with balcony access for enjoying the stunning Gulf views. The master bathroom features a long vanity with granite countertop. Updated showers in both bathrooms ensure a luxurious experience for all guests.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and a tile backsplash, providing both style and functionality. Gather with loved ones around the table seating six in the dining area or pull up a seat at the shiplap kitchen bar, offering seating for four.

We stayed here NYE so we could walk over to FloraBama. We also wanted to participate in The Polar Plunge on NY Day at FloraBama. The location is PERFECT! The unit is VERY SPACIOUS and the views are amazing. Everything was clean and nice and all the beds were very comfy!!!!!! Definitely would stay here again

While we always enjoy our trips to the Phoenix X for Labor Day weekend, this condo in particular was underwhelming. The walls needed painting, the master bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, the table was only big enough for 4 people when we had a party of 9, there were only 3 bowls and maybe 8 plates. The utensils were not plentiful and a large pot did have a lid but was missing the top so you couldn’t pick the lid up when it was hot. The kitchen cabinet paint was chipped on most of the cabinets. There were many positives like ample seating in the living room so we could hang out as a family. Both bathrooms had recently been renovated with nice walk in shower and new tiles. The TVs in all rooms were large. This condo just needs a few improvements to be a home away from home!

Great time at Phoenix X

Great place to spend time at the beach. Great beach access, lots of covered parking, great pool, lots of carts for moving luggage and personal items to and from the parking garage. Friendly employees at front desk, grounds attendants and security.
