Phoenix 2041 is mere steps to the gulf. Any closer to the water and you would be in it. Gulf front balcony and living room. Phoenix 2041 has been updated with completely new kitchen and baths. Quartz countertops throughout. Walkin shower in hall bath and new tub and shower in master bath. Ceilings have been retextured, and most spaces have been freshly painted.

Lobby area has been remodeled with new time and paint, hot tubs recently replaced. Both elevators have recently been modernized.

Have a little one? There's 2 pack 'n plays as well as a high chair.

Come stay with us and see for yourself what a great condo this is. Rent directly from me and avoid the hassle of checking in and out since you'll have everything you need to enter the condo before leaving home.

Condo has Oracode 660K time-sensitive coded entry lock installed; eliminating the need for a key. No need to worry about carrying a key to the beach or worrying about who in your group has the key. Everyone in your group will have access via the same code.

The corner location makes for incredible views of sunrises and sunsets at sea, kids in the huge outdoor pool, or in the kiddie pool splashing under the mushroom waterfall. Check out the action on the beach from your beachfront balcony. There is even a second balcony so you can see fabulous sunsets and watch the action on our two tennis courts.

Want a change of pace from beach and pool? There is racquetball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and pickleball (next door at Phoenix III) an exercise room, hottubs, saunas and a game room. Shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. There is a mini golf facility directly across the street and another two arcades a short walk away. Bring your bike and pedal through the state park or alongside the beach road on specially marked bicycle lanes.

Fantastic view from the balcony, loved the layout. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen was perfect. Properties were well equipped for all kinds of fun. Perfect time, would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our needs. Glide rocker patio furniture was so nice to watch the ocean and dolphins . Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware but recommend bringing seasonings and items such as coffee and filters as they are not provided. Had a great vacation!

Loved the balcony and view. Kitchen was beautiful. 2 spinny chairs in living room need to be cleaned or gotten rid of (super dirty) but besides that everything was great!!!
