After 2 months of climbing the 2 flights, I could climb the 1st flight without stopping.. One more month would have really helped my legs .Tho small and the weather was colder than usual, enjoyed our stay.

Trip ruined….
So we were supposed to be checking in on a Wednesday. Tried and tried to message this lady and get in touch w her well before the trip. Got word from her sister in law a day before that her mom had passed. I hate that if that’s the case. Told her not to worry about my question. Wasn’t that big of a deal. The very next day, (Wednesday) we were about an hour out from the place and got a refund notice. Said a pipe had busted. This isn’t the first review of this place with this excuse. In other words, I’m sorry for the family of the mom, but let’s not start telling lies……Somebody wanted to stay longer and you allowed it, just say it…. We stayed down the street (luckily I have good relationships with people in the area) and nobody was at this place cleaning or working. Saw it from the water and from the street multiple times. This is the last time I’ll deal w these people.

Very nice location. I agree with one reviewer that the cross walk over the highway is a big benefit. I gave them 4 star for overall experience including good communication. The reason it is not 5 star is that for the price, they could update the sheets. Bed and mattress. Agree with other prior reviewer, bring your own blankets and pillows.

Didn't get to stay there. Had the reservation over a year and drove down and had to call to find out what was going on because I never received a door code. Was told the unit had been flooded and there was no where for me to stay

Ideal Beach Stay
My husband and I stayed in this unit 15 months ago and booked for this September before we even left last year. We are glad we returned at this time of year. It was perfect! Joy is a very responsive manager of the property. The location is superb! The value of the crosswalk right at the property can not be overstated. You can get across to the beach quickly and safely. Having access to laundry facilities is also very nice for a beach trip. The unit is well-equipped with utensils, dishes, and pans so you can cook easily. The frige is nice-sized with a working icemaker. You will need to bring spices, oils, condiments for cooking. The view from the deck is pretty nice, especially in the evening. Bring cleaning supplies and toiletries with you as well. This place is a great value for a fantastic location in a very lovely area.

It was so dirty when we got there. The floors were so dirty our feet stuck when we walked. There was food spilled and stuck to the kitchen table. The ice maker had hand prints on it. The bedroom area was cute but the comforter on the bed was thread bare and nasty. Bathroom was ok. You could not use the tub ( this would have been nice to know. We had our grandbaby with us) the bathroom mat was dirty and thread bare. Was a cute place but would never recommend. Needs a good cleaning and updating of minor things. I was really disappointed. Thanks Shari Lemon P. S. We sent this to the management co. and they didn’t respond!
