beautiful view
The view was beautiful. Everyone was friendly. Room was musky, a little outdated, and couch felt dirty. Plenty of outdoor grills with a counter and sink, that was nice.

Disaster
This property should not have been rented....building undergoing renovation.....new roof ....new pool ....new renovation on beach exits.We needed to use pet walk around front of building to access beach.....building exits to beach were closed.Our unit had a very bad mattress ....stained carpet and .crumbling balcony furniture. It was annoying to hear construction noise starting at 7:00 AM every day.This was not a vacation for us and we will not ever return to Phoenix properties.

The unit was in need of an update badly. One recliner was broke, the other so dirty that I would not let anyone sit in it. The patio furniture was not safe to sit it. Actually one chair broke with my husband in it.

Very nice unit on 10th floor. Great view.
We like to cook. Kitchen had the basics. Next time we will bring a large skillet and Dutch oven. The unit was bright and airy. Would definitely go back in the off season.
