Book with a Local! We live full time in the Gulf Shores, only 10 minutes from this condo, and pride ourselves on taking great care of our guests. The area is awesome and we are happy to take time and share our knowledge.


Do you want an affordable Gulf front vacation with great amenities at low prices? Our Condo is for you! Recently update with New stove, Washer Dryer, and Polywood Patio Furniture! Decorated with tasteful nautical decor throughout, our oceanfront corner unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf. There is NOTHING between you and the water... Dig your toes into the sugar white sand and relax, or play in the pool! (Heated Nov-March) This is nicer and more affordable than a hotel!

The corner unit has three extra windows so you have a 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf, from the comfort of your sofa. (Once you step into a corner unit, you won't be able to go back to an interior one! And don't be fooled, only corner units on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors have extra windows...) You can also sit on the private balcony and watch for a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the waves.

Perfect for families and affordable for couples, this one bedroom unit is loaded with extras to make your stay enjoyable. My husband and I have two children so we know how to make a place 'kid friendly'. We have put a lot of thought into setting up the Condo and have two TV's, DVD players, stereo, dvd library, board games, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys there for you to use. Of course there is also a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer if you need them!

The layout is great for kids. There is a bunk area and dresser in the hallway (kids love the bunks!) that can be totally shut off from the rest of the unit. There is a door to the private bedroom with a king bed, and a pocket door between the bunk area and living area. Why pay for a two bedroom place, when all you really want is a place where you can put the kids to bed and close a door?!

Emerald Skye is a low density building (only 36 units) so the beach in front doesn't get jam-packed like it does in front of some of those giant high-rises. There is an elevator, covered picnic area, and an outdoor heated pool. Extra storage lockers on the ground floor give you a place to stash sand-covered stuff on your way to and from the beach. Our locker is fully stocked for you!

If you aren't familiar with Orange Beach, it is an awesome location. We have a little library of guidebooks and area information in the Condo for you to use. You can golf, shop, parasail, bike and hike in the state park, eat at great restaurants, go to the Blue Angel Museum or the Battleship (getting tired yet?) or you can hang out on the beach all day, and have pizza delivered in at night. The choice is yours!

We are locals, and Janet has been managing rental properties for 25 years and is a Premier Partner on VRBO. Want more room to spread out? Check out our larger units in Gulf shores. 2 BR/2 BA (VRBO # 351644) or 3BR/ 2 BA (VRBO # 2134352) In many cases you can get the larger units for not much more!

Stayed in Orange Beach many times and loved the view from this condo! I wasn’t feeling well and could watch the sunrise and sunset from balcony. Ease of access to beach and parking were nice! The condo was exactly as described. The view of the white sandy beach was spectacular! The condo was completely stocked. The owner Janet thought of everything including a little storage closet that held beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Janet left a little welcome letter that included their favorite things to do and places to eat. We absolutely loved the personal touch that came with staying at Emerald Point 41!

Our stay at Emerald Skye was fantastic! The view from the 4th floor balcony was spectacular!!! We could not have asked for better accommodations. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower felt amazing after a day at the beach. This truly felt like a home away from home. On the whole, the unit was very nice, but the bathroom needs a lot of upgrades. That sand bucket of a toilet was very challenging for two people in their mid seventies and grab bars should be installed to assist in getting out of the shower

Location, location, location!!!

We chose Orange Beach for our 25th year anniversary. We could not be more happy with the location. Even on the Fourth of July, the beach was uncrowded.I enjoyed getting up early and sitting on the balcony to do my Bible study, watch the sunrise. and take beautiful pictures.We had planned to go do some things in the area and actually only left one day out of 10. It was too relaxing and enjoyable to want to spend our time anywhere else.The owner was very responsive to inquiries and even dropped off a brand new toaster oven while we were thereThere is a closet that is fully stocked with beach equipment. I would suggest that if it is a windy day, you splurge and rent the heavy umbrellas and chairs. They’re set up and reserved for you and there’s no chance of your umbrella going inside out or flying down the beach. Completely relaxed when we left. My goal was met.

Awesome stay!

We loved our stay here! It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrellas in the locked closet that you could grab on the way to the beach! The place was very clean when we arrived! I will say that we maxed the space out with two adults and four kids. The pull out couch bed was just fine for my two teen boys. The bunk beds are nice but my teen daughter had a hard time sleeping as it was just too small for her. But we made do and had a blast! Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property, great location, close enough to town and the attractions, yet never busy o r crowded. The place is right on the beach, love the views from the balcony, front room, dinning table, kitchen they were all great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything need except the food. Refrigerator keeps things ice cold and there is a ice maker. For the price they could give more than on roll of toilet paper. Our only complaint is the master bedroom mattress, it is horrible, very old and worn out, we know every spring and coil in it. We loved everything else about it. Very secure, nice area and the storage closet has everything for the beach. We are planning a return.

Great getaway

My wife and I were in town for a music festival and this was a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Quick response and accurate. Only small negative was on checkout day and the owners fault. Single elevator was out so going up and down the stairs with a lot of gear was a surprise. Otherwise fantastic!
