Seventh Floor! Phoenix West Condo 702 - BEACH FRONT!
This three-bedroom four-bathroom Gulf Front condo offers gorgeous views with its wall to wall windows in the living area. In the spacious tiled living room, you will have a sofa that converts to a sleeper. Two matching arm chairs sit on each side of the entertainment center along with end tables with lamps. A coffee table sits in the middle of the living area along with a blue colored recliner and a floral arm chair and ottoman. A large entertainment center holds a large flat screen television and a DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen has a bright clean look with all white cabinets, appliances, and light-colored Corian countertops. The bar area is spacious and has seating for three. A wet bar, just across from the bar, is supplied with a sink, an ice maker, a blender and glasses for your favorite beverage. The dining area has a beautiful wooden rectangle table with six cushioned chairs. The tile floored balcony also offers an option for dining with its table and six chairs and a lounger for relaxing. The master bedroom is tile and beautifully furnished with a king size bed, night stands with lamps, and a dresser that holds a flat screen television and DVD player. The master bathroom has tile floors, a stand-up shower, double vanities, a garden tub and offers lots of room. Just off the master bathroom is a large walk-in closet. Guest bedroom one is carpeted, has a set of queen beds, a night stand, and a flat screen television and DVD player that sits on top of a chest of drawers. Guest bathroom one has a single vanity with extra countertop space, a large mirror, and a bathtub/shower combination. Guest bedroom two is also carpeted and furnished with a queen size bed and a full-size bed with a matching night stand in between. In front of the bed sits a dresser with a mirror and a flat screen television with a DVD player. Guest bathroom three has a single vanity and a bathtub shower combination. There is a large bathroom just off the hallway. Extra amenities include accent lighting hidden behind the lovely crown molding (one of only a few units with this feature), and luggage racks in each bedroom. You can park just yards away from this unit in the indoor parking garage, avoiding loading and unloading via the elevators, yet still have great views from the private balcony. You get the best of both worlds!
This is a non-smoking, no pets unit that is available for monthly rentals in December, January and February.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Our trip was marked by multiple maintenance failures and communication with mgmt was impossible. For every problem we were given the runaround.
1.The exhaust fan in the master bathroom leaked and had made a puddle of water when we arrived. An incompetent maintenance person came, said just don't use it, and never solved the problem.
2.The air conditioner in the entire building went out on our first night and was not repaired until our departure day. Communication with mgmt on the issue was horrible and trying to say it was "Act of God" but there was no storm.
3.The master tub had an internal leak and flooded the master closet. Maintenance had to turn off the water repeatedly, we were unable to use the tub, they did not manage the water in the closet well, and they put one of the knobs on backwards.
4.In a minimal effort to dry the several inches of water in the closet they connected a dehumidifier. It made the condo hotter without the a/c and they left the hose on the floor which flooded the master bathroom. When we talked to someone we were told housekeeping would come clean it up. When they never came, we checked in and were told - "She dropped off towels but she does not have to clean that up."
5.We communicated through the app all of the issues we were having and were told we needed to speak to the front desk, the person there said we needed a manager (who never called), we chased her down and were told the ops mgr would call. She hasn't.
