Great place

We loved this condo! It fit our family perfectly, the beach was just steps away. The indoor pool was so clean and was incredibly warm. Lots of good restaurants too. We want to come back!

We had a great stay at Shoalwater 101! Everything was as described. We loved being right by the pool to make those early morning and late night swims easily accessible! We needed an extra parking pass and being able to text Liquid Life to let them know made everything super easy. Our extra pass was waiting for us when we got there for a no hassle check in. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back!

Great location

The condo is on the ground floor directly in front of the pool which is super convenient for watching kids at the pool, walking to the beach and loading/unloading the car, trash, etc. The only issue we had was the fact that there is no cable box in either of the spare bedrooms so bring a streaming device if you want to watch tv. There are tons of walkable shops and restaurants.

Shoalwater 101

This place was a great option for our group. The 1st level unit with very close, easy access to the pool and beach was just what we needed. We had a little glitch on arrival with a code that didn't work, but it was taken care of with just a few phone calls. When they say that they only provide starter supplies, they mean it. You might want to pack or be ready to purchase extra supplies like soap, tp, paper towels, if staying for an extended time. Very nice place and great location!

3 days before we were to arrive Liquid Life told us the room wasnt available. Liquid Life told us we they had 3 other properties we could choice from and hopefully there wouldnt be a price increase but we needed to stay inside the price ranch we first pick. WTH this wasnt our fault! So we got a different room not to far from where we first picked. At check in the code for the door wasnt even close to the numbers they had sent int the email. This property look like yard sale stuff inside from the furniture to the appliances. The dishes and kitchen stuff look like a pic thru tag sale items. On day two which was a Monday the microwave goes out. Good luck getting this company to answer a call on Monday. On Tuesday I reach out many times to get a microwave and final told them to just bring one and sit it on the counter top because the old unit was an above the stove type. Final late Tuesday afternoon one showed up and it look like that went yard sale shopping once again. For this kind of money the service and the stuff inside the property was not worth it! Not sure if this is Liquid Lifes propertys everywhere but hard to believe this is the only bad one. Will never stay with them again!

Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Shoalwater 101 ground floor was a smaller than other condos we've rented and missing a few items such as potholders and some towels (no I didn't call) but did provide a Keurig for the coffee drinkers. Slider needed repair that maintenance promised Sunday and never returned even though Liquid Life tried to reach them, but not a game changer. Little further west than we normally rented so able to see different landscape. Couch is huge and was enjoyed by all as were the recliners. Younger attendees enjoyed watching TV during rain (and at other times)...okay I did watch some HGTV. Overall a good experience and would rent this condo again and work with Liquid Life. (FYI was told King bed needs new mattress.) Almost forgot...the outside closet was fantastic! Stocked with everything any ages could as for at the Gulf.
