This 1342 sq ft tenth floor two bedroom, two bath condominium offers a modern coastal style decor and beautiful view of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area, and large balcony and is fully equipped for family enjoyment.

The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Beautiful condo, rough master mattress

This is our second time staying in this condo this year! It is beautifully remodeled with different beds, showers, etc that are not updated in the pictures. Coffee pot wasn’t working so when they called to check on our check in process we told them and they replaced within the hour. The master mattress is horrible in my opinion. Super firm and almost seemed to lean in spots. Pillows are “my pillow” name brand and are super thick and firm so bring your own if that’s not your thing. Balcony furniture is super comfortable, but balcony isn’t private, all the neighbors can see you.

Absolutely amazing! The listing was accurate and perfect for my small family. Communications were prompt when I had questions. Stunning views of the ocean. 2 mins to walk there!! A home away from home while creating memories. Highly recommend. Don't delay, book today!

Best condo ever

Very clean and updated! Condo has been remodeled and updated since pictures and us even better!!!! Will be staying here again September!! Just missing a hairdryer so be sure to bring one! And we couldn’t get balcony door to lock! Minor issue!! Highly recommended!!

Easy check in - great location

My only criticism is 1 roll of TP for guests staying 5 days is a strange way to save money. The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Wish there had been throw blankets to snuggle into. Wish the gym equipment was a little more modern. But for that view every morning it was well Worth the cost.

Exceeded Expectations!

As much as I love the thrill of staying in new places and having new surroundings when I go to the beach, I am very likely to try to book 1002C again! Everything was just perfect: inside, outside, easy parking, great communication, everything we needed... It can be scary booking online based on pictures, but trust me... go with your gut on this one!

Lovely condo, great location!

Beautiful, spacious condo. Listing agent was quick to help when wifi password provided did not work. We loved the location and the minimal distance from the beach. We did have an issue with a male employee barging in, without knocking or notice, at 815am on the morning of checkout, but listing manager said she would discuss with staff. As with most of the condos/resorts in the area, parking is limited and the parking lot fills up by night time, making it difficult to find a spot when you return from dinner. Overall, we loved this rental and hope to book it for our next visit as well.

Our 5th staff at SeaChase

SeaChase is a great place for families. The outdoor pools are great with plenty of room and the indoor pool is large and nice during rainy days. We’ve stayed in many units over the years. This unit while adequate is in need of major updating. It served the purpose but when paying that amount of money we expect better than that. The plantation shutters track was broken in the master bedroom. We were afraid to touch them for fear of them just completely falling leaving us with no shield from the morning sun. The master bathroom has not been updated in a very long time if ever. The shower temperature knob was about to fall off. The shower door didn’t close and the sinks had completely lost their color around the drain. The door to the living room balcony did not lock and again you have the plantation shutters that are on a track so you never have a complete view of the ocean which is the entire reason we rented it in the first place. You get 4 towels in the master bath and two in the guest. Lots of towel washing! Same with the washcloths! The beds are extremely comfortable. However, you need to bring your own pillows. It’s like hard styrofoam was cut into pillow sizes and stuck in the cases. It wasn’t even possible to use them in any way. Thank goodness we brought our own. This is a nonsmoking property. The last thing I will say which in no way is the owners fault but we had smokers next door. I brought it to the offices attention. Nothing was done. Two days later I called and they told me unless the security guard could physically see them smoking there was nothing they could do. How is he supposed to see that from 10 floors below?!? However, she called me back and told me she made a call to the unit next door. So, guess what they did?!? They just starting smoking in the hallway outside of our unit. I’m not sure which was worse! The last thing that really angered us was that management waited until the day after they took our last payment which was 29 days before we arrived to break the news that there would be ongoing roof construction and a pool would be closed. We were really frustrated. This left us with no option to cancel or try to find other accommodations. The email said, “ The complex may not be what we expected but would be adequate”. I was really unhappy, but left with no choice but to deal with it. While this did not affect us as much as I thought it would, other guests on the top floors were very unhappy!
