Sunswept 406 - Book Today and Save- Beach Views for Days!

This 4th floor unit is nicely decorated and features a sofa sleeper in the living room and 2 reclining chairs. There are tile floors throughout as well a beach side master bedroom with a newly installed walk-in shower in the master bath. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing your favorite meals. The view is amazing from the gulf front balcony which is just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

My family had a great time at Orange beach! It was our first time being there! Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach..the pool was a huge plus! Everything we needed was close by. I would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back and visit!

The TV did not work. The elevator was not working. We was on the fourth floor had to climb steps. So

You also have to bring your own toilet paper and your own trash bags have to clean the condo before you leave. You have to wash the dishes and put them up into the cabinets. I was not expecting that on vacation. Yes, I usually do put the dishes in the dishwasher and start them as I will leave the condo, this was a little different for us Being on vacation all the beds had to be stripped, and all the towels had to be put in the tub

Beautiful Beach

The view was as advertised. If we have any complaints it would be the mattresses. Very hard. We both woke up every morning early due to pain. Before booking again I will I ask if they have been replaced.

Sun Swept is an older building but was very clean. Pool area was nice and easy access to the beach! Our unit was fine but could use updates - smart tvs, outdated wallpaper and mirrored walls. Great balcony and ocean view!!

All the matteresses in this condo were terrible. Couldn't sleep at all and got a severe backache from trying to sleep on them. The condo is ok needs bed upgrade though.

Very disappointing.

The location of the condo and proximity to the beach were as advertised. The condo was very dated and not very clean and needed many repairs. On arrival we couldn’t open the door with the code given to us. We had to “lunge” against the door several times to get it to open. The maintenance man came to work on it but it continued to be difficult to open. He gave us a key but that kept us from leaving separately due to not being able to get in if someone else had the key. The dining room light didn’t work and the property manager said they were aware but didn’t know what was wrong. The guest bathroom shower did not drain and left the person showering standing in .2-3 inches of water. After a couple of days the air conditioning was not keeping the unit cool. We dealt with it a couple of days then the maintenance man said it was beyond repair so they asked us to move to another unit. We had to pack up everything and move to another condo which interrupted our time. The concrete on the balcony was filthy and we wouldn’t go out there barefoot. The elevators were very dirty. My husband did voice our concerns a couple of times and they gave us about a small refund. It did not make up for our poor experience. We will not be returning to the complex.

Great Location

The accommodations were great, the unit was clean and comfortable. The Keurig stopped working so this probably needs to be replaced. The only other suggestion I have would be to provide more than one roll of TP and paper towel. It would also be nice to have salt & pepper (the basic condiments) available. Thank you

Excellent place wirh the best location in Orange Beach

The unit is an older unit but has been well maintained. The cleanliness and service at the condo is exceptional. The location is directly acrosa from walmart and a number of restaurants making this a prime place for convenience within walking distance. The beach is clean and the patrols are helpful and friendly. Overall, OUTSTANDING!!!

Perfect location, clean condo, excellent pool.

We really enjoyed the condo, and the view from the balcony is great. The kids enjoyed being able to go from beach to pool in just a few steps. It’s central located in Orange Beach, and there’s restaurants and even Walmart Neighborhood Market right across the street. Great, relaxing few days.

Great location

This property was located conveniently to Walmart and other shops. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. There were some issues in the condo though. There are several outlets that didn't work throughout the room. The shower in the bedroom didn't drain. The kitchen had very few utensils and the knives were dull. The dryer was an issue from day one. It barely worked when we arrived and then it went out completely. The staff was very friendly and the mechanic came pretty quickly and fixed the dryer. Overall it was a great place to stay as long as you don't plan to do laundry. We enjoyed our time here!
