Located high above the sugar-white sand of the Gulf, this coastal retreat is the perfect home base for your Orange Beach vacation. The spacious open floor plan is designed with natural elements and beach-inspired decor that complement the beachside location. After busy beach days, relax in the living room on the sofa, accent chairs, or ultra-plush leather armchair and queue up a movie on the flatscreen TV or play games with the family in the large open space.
Steps from the living room, the spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for casual meals and snacks, craft tropical cocktails at the wet bar with an ice maker and blender, then gather together in the elegant Gulfview dining room at the table for six.
When you need a little time to yourself, this home offers three spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 10 guests. The luxurious primary suite boasts a King bed, a flatscreen TV, views of the Gulf through French doors to the dining room, and a large ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, and the third has a King. Each also has a TV and a private ensuite bathroom. Thereâs also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside on your private Gulf-front balcony, the views from the 30th floor are quite mesmerizing. Watch the boats speed past as you enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, and lounge on a chaise after a busy beach day. Spectacular sunset views are the perfect end to a perfect day.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great location - loves beach access and pools. Unit is large with plenty of space. Note that it is bare bones as far as the kitchen goes. Not even salt and pepper or coffee filters. Only complaint is that this unit is right by the elevators and it can be loud for people sleeping in the front bedrooms.
Appreciated the property being cleaned & maintained throughout all hours of the day. From the elevators to common walking grounds and hallway areas, very nice and clean. Of course the elevator wait times are a drag. The parking garage lights can be brighter. Our unit had several remotes missing batteries and would be nice to have pot holder or oven mitts in kitchen. Also, the dryer vent lint trap needs to be cleaned outâ Took two cycles to dry stuff and we didnât overload it. Loved seeing security presence throughout property. Would come back again.
Super roomy. Super clean. Easy pool and beach accesss. Love the large area outside the condo for kids to play late in the evening. This is our second time/second year to stay here and we love it. We will most def be coming back here in the future.
